Deli/Bakery: just bought x2 mini cakes. They were shoved into a container much too small. The entire design at the top came off when I lifted the lid. I'm kind of disappointed as I hoped to give these cute things to the kids for their special event. They don't care I'm sure...

Lady York is very similar to Longo's. The produce is fresh and there is wide variety to choose from. The staff is always available for consultation. There are always several cashiers so there is usually little lineups; the cashiers are always very friendly.

'Italian grocery" with good produce and meat, great deli, fresh breads/buns and all staples at good prices. Cashiers are fast and friendly. Can be crowded but is always well stocked. They also have a hot-table and desserts. Plenty of free parking.

I buy my organic eggs here. They have a great hot table when I want some delicious and dont want cook. Only annoying thing is that they don't honour the 1 - 8 express line! I usually want to run in and run out and end up behind someone with a week's worth of groceries! Apparently it is the manager's call because they dont have enough regular cashiers! Really?

One of my favourite Italian grocery store. It has almost everything n reasonable price. Big selection of fruit, salad, vegetable and meat section. I love to go there to buy cheese, ham and vegetable. Pasta and oil have plenty choices. Free parking but always crowd.

Lady York has everything. Spotless and clean. Fantastic meats, fish, coldcuts and fresh ricotta and cheeses to amazing produce. Excellent Hot Table. The Employees are so helpful and friendly. My parents use to shop at Lady York when it was a tiny store located at Wilson and Lady York back in the early 70s and that was the only grocery store they shopped at. We are pleased the tradition continues and expanded to the Dufferin Location. Make Lady York your grocery store. You will not be disappointed.

Without the hype of a Whole Foods or Fiesta Farms, and also the prices! Great produce and Italian offerings that are worth driving across town for. It's small and not an overwhelming shopping commitment but still offers everything you need ... with great deals on San Marzano tomatoes, olives, mortadella, olive oil and Rio tuna at all times.

Lady York is the best grocery store for vegetables, cheese, prsuto. I found good choice of healthy dry grains and beans. Frozen octopus is another favorite sea food that I buy in this store.

My go to place for all my italian needs! They have a vast catalogue of imported product of really high quality for a reasonable price. Customer service could be better, but I love love love their products! Check their flyers if you're looking to save some money, there are always a bunch of good deals going on!

I really need to shop here more often despite the drive from downtown. Today I got the BEST bunch of black kale I’ve gotten or even seen in a looong time. The older gentleman stacking veg moved them around to pick a “really good one” for me - even though they all looked great. Lots of products from smaller companies including different butters and milk. There are at least 7 types of prosciutto including some imported from Italy which the ladies absolutely know how to cut thin. Last but not least, there’s the Zeppole (both fried and bakes). Lots of Nona’s and Nono’s in the store which is fun to see. I left with 4 full bags of groceries for just under $100.

Shopping here is like a voyage to the heart of Italy. There's pastas, huge variety of olive oils, sweets, coffees, without mentioning the breads and veggies. And then to top it all off the amazing meat counter, the cheese selection, cold cut variety, prepared food and to top it all off the sweets to tempt. Prices can be a bit high and scary for some things but careful selection will pay off. After many years coming here staff feel like family and know how to help and serve even in this strange time. Oh the olives, don't forget the olives. Chao.

This has to be one of the best stores in Toronto to follow the government bylaws for covid-19 during this ongoing pandemic. Store management always insures to have staff at the entrance to control how many people enter to allow proper social distancing. The deli section is my favorite, the meat is always fresh and it lasts at least one week after purchased, which is great compared to other stores that the deli meat goes bad after three days. My only complaint would be that there are many genetic items that other stores carry that are overpriced.

Best grocery store this side of the city for fresh produce, Italian alimentari and unique Italian products. You can tell they really care about their products and their customers. The produce section inspires me to cook things I never cooked before. Love going to there!

This one of my faves for produce. There is a great selection of items here for those who like their fruit and vegetables. LY is a store with a focus on Italian foods. It carries a massive selection of locally produced and imported products. If you can't find it here they might be able to order it for you. For motorists, its location is convenient to major thoroughfares and it has lots of parking. If you have never experienced the place, try it. You'll like it

I have been shopping at the store for about 20 years. The fruits and vegetables are always top notch. The store is well organized and tidy. There is always plenty of staff on hand for help.

Good, just need assistance with parking lots, because elderly " do not look at what is directly behind them". They need assistance! One person almost was hit. 2- prices are a little more than other stores, go sometimes only for certain items.

I love coming to this store specifically for their deli meat selection! Great produce, and baked goods as well. Very friendly staff! Milk was a bit expensive here, not sure if that's because of the price its sold to them or otherwise, but watch for other good deals and hidden gems here.

Great selection of produce and imported products. I love coming here for their cannolis and deli counter. a large array of tomatoes and fresh herbs. I've used their curbside delivery option (submit order online and pickup in their parking lot) which was easy to use and better than waiting in line to enter the store.

This was my first time shopping there and as I was checking out, the cashier asked if I needed help carrying my groceries to the car because I was holding my baby in one arm. Never have I've been asked if I needed help at a grocery store. Super impressed.

After receiving countless fliers from this place along with our Italian neighbor raving about it, we finally decided to visit. The pros - lots of quality Italian products. Decent cake options, cheese, huge sandwiches and friendly folks for the most part willing to help. The improvement areas - it's a specialty store so don't expect discounted prices, while it's crammed with products some that may be offered in larger chains such as fortinos are harder to find. All in all it's a staple of the neighborhood and worth a visit

Friendly staff, clean aisles. Even customers who follow the distancing rules and direction markers. I made an error (wrong coffee pod type) that I diabetes after arriving home. On return (with my receipt) it was credited without issue. I really like this store ☺️

Deli is very well priced. Went up a bit but not compared to loblaws. They do need “smoked turkey” which is basically everywhere else in Toronto and they don’t have it. It’s so good. My entire family loves the smoked turkey from Loblaws and the Piri Piri deli chicken which they don’t have. I love their location and parking is free. They do close earlier than most so keep that in mind. The cashier Sabrina was so friendly. She was helpful. The staff in general are nice. Other things like mushrooms, garlic, grapes, and esperagus are over priced compared to other places. Overall, it’s a small supermarket with Italian products.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually a lot bigger than I thought it was... Very good selection of fruits, veggies and meats. A special note about the cold cuts and meats which were superb. Much better than any supermarket I've been to. Excellent. The reason they lost a star is the staff. It was unfortunate... I was looking for someone for a solid 10 minutes before I gave up. Found them chatting it up in the olive oil aisle. They were just teens, but it was still annoying. They paid me no mind as I walked by. Shame. Otherwise, great place
