The staff is very friendly, no complaints with the customer service, but the actual store maintenance needs TLC; the manager could benefit from visiting the independent grocer of River road and Armstrong..

Staff is great. Prices are great. Store is clean and well represented. However, they are notorious for leaving stale items on their shelves, they actually turn the item around so you don't see the date. Was in there Sept.7 for chocolate milk.. they had 4 on the shelf all dated Sept 6 and all facing the other way. I can't tell you how many times I've had to return or throw out their products.

Freshco always offers a good deal to the customers and their price match policy makes customer life's easier compare to other stores like independent, Walmart, Adonis. Moreover,freshco has almost all types of Indian food items like paratha(all kinds), roti, and spices mostly available. Finally, public transport to these stores are very frequent and near.

Wow, just wow. The food here is honestly, remarkably, very fresh. I'm not sure where they get their inventory, but they have numerous sizes are their food packaging. I've never seen the larger variants of sweet potatoes sold in stores before. Their staff is quite friendly and respectful, they are organized and prompt with their service. Even in this pandemic, they are able to ensure order and quality service at the same time. That is a rare trait. Keep up the good work.

Out of the Fresh Co's I've been to in the Ottawa area this is one of the better ones. The produce area is cramped as most are but I can find most of my west Indian ingredients there which is more than I could ask for in the burbs.

This is a discount grocery store so do not expect fancy. They carry a good selection of goods but are limited by space. Although the majority of the grocery store is well organized, the produce section needs work. It is small and crowded. It is located right at the entry which consistantly creates a bottle neck and makes it difficult to safely distance. Good place to pop in if you only need a few items.

Staff is amazing. Always courteous and extremely helpful. Manager Ed is always so accommodating. Gagan is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help all the customers ( personal experience as well as by observing). Westin, iris and Miguel are again deserve same accolades. Whole team is a keeper.

Great place to go to get your groceries. They have a wide variety of options for your meals. The only downside to the whole place is their long line that wraps around the store by the frozen vegetable section. It makes it hard to shop when there is a isle filled with people that are in line to check out

Great place to get groceries for you household. Keep in mind the expiration dates on a lot of the goods are a lot closer to expiry than other stores. The floors are always covered in squashed produce, and during evening hours at least, the line can stretch all down the freezer aisle.

Not only is produce fresh here, but prices are amazing!! I can walk out of the store with a full trolley for $30.00. At other shops, $30.00 gets me only a couple things. I also highly recommend their "Compliments" brand. Very good quality

Great staff. Great price and selection on Asian grocery items. Produce section is somewhat dirty and produce items are old. Would have been much better if they make it like Farm Boy produce section where cleanliness and freshness stand out.

Good variety of products, from fresh vegetables and fruits to cereals, snacks, soft drinks and different ingredients for a variety of recipes. The prices are good for most products are better than the ones on nearby Loblaws, for instance. However the one negative aspect that needs to me mentioned is the regular state of disarray in which the fruit/vegetable section is usually presenting. They could do a better job at keeping it clean, but it also speaks a lot about the costumers which leave the place dirty in the first place.

Very clean, fresh food, friendly staff, lots of parking. Carts use .25 cents which is refunded when you return your cart. Often have great prices on common grocery items. I recommend shopping here for deals and a pleasant experience.

Excellent selection of ethnic food. Store very clean. Staff attentive to service. Easy to find just west of the Strandherd Bridge. Just found out that they donated all of their fresh meat to worthy charities during the tornado instead of letting it go bad due to power outage. They could have held onto it in hopes of saving some but community service trumps profit margins this time. Please support the team spirit and keep this place around.
