Joey's on Kenaston has a great atmosphere, safe covid measures in place and our server Chris was the best. I took his recommendation and had the very delicious chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The ahi tuna sushi cones were a big hit too. However, I was disappointed to pay $11.50 for a tiny margarita that had more ice than drink. It was gone in 3 sips! Next time, I would prefer my classic margarita in the beautiful and much bigger glass they serve water in!!

A lot of service and very quick food. It was my first time eating at JOEY Kenaston. We parked close and there wasn't much of a line up. We got in right away.We had to figure out how to scan the bar code and fill out some digital paperwork. It would have been easier on paper like other restaurants. We then were brought to a booth. Nice seats, sturdy table, nice atmosphere. We had very friendly interactions with the staff and placed our orders. The food was brought to our table in record time. The food was fresh and hot. We had the butter chicken and a salmon bowl. The butter chicken had a lovely thick buttery sauce. The meat was tender and flavourful. The naan bread was salty. The rice and peas went well with butter chicken. The salmon bowl was superb. The fish was amazing, a tasty glaze and tender and juicy interior. The rice and the rest of the bowl made an amazing dish. The frozen lemonade was tart and refreshing. Didn't care for the soggy paper straw. Maybe a biodegradable plastic straw or even no straw. The raspberry drink was nice too. There were a lot of flies, probably the most I have seen at a restaurant. We had a lot of staff check in on our meal, probably six, super friendly and kind. It might have been a bit much had they not been so friendly. Overall good fast food and friendly place made for a good night out.

Excellent service, and great tasting food, with different cocktails on special each day, portions are adequate, but if you're a big eater you may want more.

The hospitality by the staff here is excellent. I would say one of the best in Winnipeg. Shout out to Henry and Chase who took really good care of us.The menu is a fusion of different cuisines plus their own take on some of the dishes. If you have a sweet tooth you MUST try their version of the apple pie. You will be pleasantly surprised. The molten chocolate cake was also heavenly. I've tried molten chocolate cake in other places but they often don't get it right but this one was perfect. The food is on the saltier side since it is a place that serves alcohol but you can always request for it to be less salty. We ordered fillet mignion and a salmon bowl and the meat was perfectly done.

Good food, decent prices. Staff were very friendly and COVID safety is apparent. The gave us paper menus even though the QR code is on the table. Then they threw the paper menus away. Seems wasteful. Server and host staff were very personable. Glassware is really nice. We ordered two meals to share and they were kind enough to split the plates for us.

I was part of a group of 4 celebrating a friends birthday. We all had ordered and my steak arrived not cooked enough. I asked the server to have it cooked a little longer and I was given a new steak cooked to perfection. Not only did they immediately remedy the situation they told me that the cost of my meal would not be added to the group bill. They could not have been more attentive and wanting to please a customer. Best restaurant ever!! Thank you.

First visit, and not available in Victoria, yet? Wonder how to change that? Fabulous staff, thank you Lane for your excellent cheerful service. Drinks were good and food was terrific. I was able to introduce my sister in law to the great dessert donuts which helped make our dinner very enjoyable. A wonderful evening all round and I will hopefully come back again.

Had a fun time at Joey with some friends. Our server Cindy was very nice and attentive to our orders. She was able to help us recommend some fantastic appetizers and took her time to make sure my friend’s food allergies were taken care of. The food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious😋. The staff at the front was very nice asking how our service was when we left. Had a great time 😊

Great atmosphere! Hosts offer good customer service and always strive to go above and beyond. The food was also really delicious. I like the fact that they had a wide array of cuisines presented on their menu and from the few we sampled, I can tell that the team is devoted to excellence! If you have a sophisticated palate you may especially enjoy this restaurant. Highly recommend.

Shared the humus to start and we both had the burgers, delicious! Drinks were also very good 👍, server was very attentive and did not rush us. Would definitely recommend and we will be back, a nice way to end a day of shopping.

Another night of great food and service at Joeys Kenaston. Front door staff was extremely welcoming, the process of checking QR code’s was quick and efficient, we were seated very quickly. We have been enjoying joeys kenaston once a week for several years and have never had a bad meal or negative experience with food or staff. We often take friends and family there because we are guaranteed to have a great experience.

Excellent food! The Ahi tuna burger was amazing. Great service, our waitress was very attentive. The bar area is awesome where you can watch pretty much any game that is on. Definetly coming back. Gotta get here on happy hour next time.

Consistent chain restaurant. Service is attentive and staff is knowledgeable. Many of the salads are overdressed so ask for light dressing or dressing on the side. I'm not convinced that there's anything unique enough here for me to make a special trip, but I wouldn't avoid coming here either.

Vien the manager is incredible a real asset to your team at joeys. My first time here and I will most definitely be back … Paige M was a great waitress she is so sweet. Oh and the food was oh so good and beautifully placed.Thank you much to Joeys on Kenaston… We will be back.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Trying to coordinate a family members birthday can be stressful enough as it is, let alone living a few provinces over- and me being the last minute person I 'am doesn't help. I must of called 5 or 6 other restaurants, that some might consider "higher end" but the service I received from Joey Keaston (primarily Silvia) would say otherwise. Right from the beginning everything was expectational to say the least, the patience, personal touch, and the overall warm energy was like no other. They absolutely spoiled my father and kept me in the loop throughout, nice to get pictures of the old man smiling. Keep doing what you're doing everybody!

What a fantastic restaurant! This was our first time visiting Joey's. The resturant has great protocols in place for COVID such as hand sanitizer at the entrance, face shields for staff, plexiglass barriers between tables, and a menu that you view from your phone. The staff were friendly, our waitress Sarah M, was fantastic. She was attentive and provided us with recommendations. The food was well priced and delicious! We had steak entrees (steak fries & fillet mignon) and finished with the apple pie dessert. We are looking forward to our next visit to Joey's! Thank you again!

I went to joeys Kenastin yesterday with some old friends to catch up, I've never been to joeys before my friends frequent there. we had no reservations thinking we could walk-in but there was a wait we were shocked because it was a Wednesday. We were told by the host it was wine Wednesday and thats why they were so busy we waited about 10-15 minutes out of our 20 minute quote time and it went by quickly we had sparkling wine and we chatted with the host about what wine I should order he had some great recommendations and I loved the white wine qadri pinot Grigio he recommended. Our server was quick friendly and made no mistakes. She checked in lots to ensure everything was perfect and really seemed to care. It was also very interesting that different people came to our table to drop off food or drink clear table etc, they all seemed on the ball. The food was perfect, my beach salad was to die for! Overall my experience was lovely. Next time I'm in town I'll be back!

Great restaurant with a wide selection wines and beers of local and international origin. The menu itself is quite extensive and will most likely cater to those looking for a less run of the mill culinary experience. Pandemic protocols are in place with each table sectioned off with plexiglass. This does not affect the service however, which is as friendly and prompt as usual. You may require an reservation if you wish to eat out on the patio but was not required for the lounge or indoor dining area when we dined last.

This was one of the best restuarants I have ever been to...Katie are server went above and beyond...and there team service orientation fosters such a great environment. I had the Spaghetti Promodda and it was the meal that you want to eat slowly and savour every flavour...it is the meal you hope never ends. We were encouraged to stay and relax and Katie engaged in conversation and get to know us. The restuarant management obviously trusts their staff and encourages them to spend time with customers. I love supporting businesses that encourage their staff to be who they are. BEYOND AMAZING! I am from out of town and this place made me feel welcomed and valued.

Food was incredible!! We haven’t been out since the restaurants reopened and we couldn’t have been more pleased! A glass of sparkling wine at the entry, food came out fast and hot. Spicy margaritas and G&Ts were on point and worth getting 2 of each! But back to the food... HIGHLY recommend the steak and sushi. We went with the sirloin and it was tender and cooked to perfection at medium rare. And the ahi tuna club is always a favourite and tonight it was just that much better. The chef Jordan even came and said hello... he was so friendly and we had a chance to thank him in person. Top notch Joey!!!!

Went for comport food, which is not something you’d normally expect from Joey, but they nailed it! Mushroom soup, house salad and Garlic Toast. My guest had the delicious Filet Mignon.

First time dining here and my husband and I absolutely loved it! Our steaks were cooked exactly as we requested and it was so flavorful and juicy there was no need for any steak sauce. The crunchy mashed potatoes were SO GOOD! My favourite part of the meal! Love the simple but delicious menu choices. We were seated immediately and our drinks and food came very quickly. My water was refilled promptly and the servers were very friendly. We will return!

The quality of the food has greatly improved! We had tried the chicken parmesan and it was absolutely delicious! The dish was flavourful and the chicken was very tender. Despite Covid-19 negatively impacting restaurants, it was a wonderful surprise to have a 5-star meal for a good price. I would definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu!

Their chili chicken and lettuce wraps are the best! They’re always perfectly accommodating in regards to my severe allergies and are one of the places I frequent most due to a very easy pick up service they’re offering. I’ve been going here for years and have never been disappointed in their quality of the dishes yet!
