We enjoyed the chill brew bar ambience, trendy music, and nice wait staff here. They have a full bar, & wines, but beer is this restaurants main offering with a large variety of brew listed on the chalk board. For food they offer oven baked pizza, burgers and a small selection of continental main dishes. We went for the happy hour menu (3 to 5PM) The food we ordered was fresh and tasty - the rustic crust Veggie Pizza and Grilled Chicken & Avocado sandwich on grilled panini - both delish! bon appétit $$$...

A very comfortable atmosphere with a very friendly waiter. The burger was yummy and the beer selection was fairly good. The dessert was sooo good. I really liked the warm roasted hazelnuts. The fries were very tasty. The chicken wings were sooo good, too. The burgers were a bit pricey, but still yummy. The burger price on the menu is without salad or fries, which might be good or bad based on people’s opinion. And, the ladies washroom was not working properly.

The staff are super nice! Many drink options! The food is amazing love that they have options for vegetarians! The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing! It's affordable! It's become a regular spot for a friend and myself! 100% recommend this place!

Great beer and food, but my friend and I agreed we really do not like your 12oz glasses! They are too skinny and tall and annoying to drink from. Please consider changing them :)

We went in pretty late (around 9pm) and the place was pretty nice. I like the decor and style and atmosphere, but the service was slow and they almost exclusively had IPAs. That's fine for me and a small point but my friend doesn't really do them so he was very limited in his choice. That's picky I know but It would have been nice to see a more diverse selection. Thanks for having us!

Portland Craft always has the best selection of northwestern beers . The staff is super friendly and very attentive . The food is great and all made fresh with solid ingredients. I highly recommend Portland craft for a casual beer and a good time .

Service was attentive and friendly. Food was served hot and was both tasty and cooked properly. The steak and fries exceeded expectations. Fresh, tender and the red wine sauce was quite tasty. A good gluten free option with salad instead of there hand cut fries, which are quite good by the way.

A lovely place opened till late night. The burger was delicious and they also have options for vegans, which is very good! The waitress was super kind, the place has a good vibe, not to mention the board with lots of options for beers lovers. Totally recommended!

Most of the beer choices are American 16oz pints that fits the name. Fortunately they take Canadian currency. Proper 20 ounce pints rotate. Get the olives! Came back a second time with my wife. She had the Salmon, I had Squid and we shared the cashew spread. DAYUM! You gotta try this place!

Another cool place to chill while enjoying all sort of beers on Main Street. Make a reservation or go early if you want seats! Their lager has always been light and easy to drink. Their service can be slow if you have a huge group but they are super nice.

Drinks were amazing. They had two of my favourite dark beers.. The lost coast peanut butter stout and black butte porter. Food was ok. Had the veg pizza and the smashed burger. Only reason I'm giving a 3 is because the food took too long to come out of the kitchen, the beers took awhile to come too and when we were settling, the bill + the machine took too long. I would say I had to wait around 7-10mins waiting for the machine so I could pay. I would understand if it was busy, but they were pretty dead. Hopefully next time we visit we'll have a better time.

Great atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Only tried a couple of veggie dishes and have to say they were delicious and elaborate, way more than expected.

Came here with a group of 6 for drinks and food on Friday night. The place was PACKED, luckily I had made reservations and we were seated quickly. This place gets really loud so it’s not the greatest place to have conversations – we ended up having to shout across the table at each other. We sampled the following foods: • Roquette Salad (5/5 STARS) – loved the crispy prosciutto and walnut Dijon vinaigrette. • Poutine (4/5 STARS) – delicious gravy. • Salt & Pepper Wings (2/5 STARS) – nice crisp but flavour was a bid disappointing. • Chicken & Waffles (3/5 STARS) – nice batter on the chicken but lacked flavour. • Prawn Lettuce Wraps (2/5 STARS) – The prawns were deep fried and the batter was a bit too hard and overpowered the prawns. • Mac and Cheese (4/5 STARS) – very creamy. They have tons of beers on tap. I tried out an IPA and a cocktail – both were good. Good place for casual drinks and shared foods, maybe not the best place for a date since it can get quite loud.

Oh only 4 stars, no wonder... should’ve checked the review before going in... anyway, wasn’t too impressed with their service and food, we waited for almost 30 mins for 2 appetizers (chicken wings and grilled spicy beans) and the restaurant wasn’t engender half full (see photo), which I personally think I cook better chicken wings and grilled spicy beans, especially the beans, imagining chewing on half cooked beans, so tough and hard to swallow. I have so many spots I love in Vancouver and will go back and back again and bring my friends, this one is unfortunately not one of them.

The chicken sandwich and pulled pork were really good. The coleslaw to meat ratio on the pork sandwich was perfect. The fried chicken sandwich has great flavour. We also enjoyed the truffle fries they weren't too truffley and came in a nice portion size not too big and not too small. Even crisp on the fries and nice big chunks of delicious parmesan that add a nice overall flavour to round out the fries.

Absolute awesome beer, huge selection of beverages. Happy hour is an absolute dream. Personal recommendation for beer would be the Ale. 12 ounces but 10% alcohol. It’ll get you there. Top shelf.

Friendly staff. Many drafts to choose from, today was 3.75 special for any one of them. Ordered the wings, food was standard but pricey. 13 bucks for the wings, most things priced 14-20 bucks. Large place with an upstairs that was not open today.

I went to have something to eat and a good beer. The beer is a lot better than the food from my perspective but still a good place to go and enjoy. Staff is attentive but at times a little slow. That is why I only gave it a 4 star rating.

Honestly an okay restaurant. Nothing notable about the food or the decor. The food made you think "yeah, I just ate" but you weren't thrilled about the experience. Others at my table agreed.

Great experience overall. Had a great burger and a variety of tasty beers. Completely unique beer list - I hadn't seen any of the beers anywhere else. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Great beer selection! Quite alot of tables and seats here but it was busy. We had a couple flights and had some good beers that had alot of flavor. They have a decent selection of wine and whiskey as well. Would like to come back and try the food as it looked really good.

Cory was the best server!! He hosted our friends and was so welcoming. I didn't know this restaurant took reservations but our friend made them! I had only been here once before for happy hour and I remember them having great music. The same as tonight, we really enjoyed.the music!!

Finally! A pub with TAPS of craft beer and food. I don't mean they have taps + food. They have TAPS, they rotate with regularity and the staff knows the craft beer, where it is from and a little story behind each. Had the burger, sourced from Cache Creek and it was very nice. My new fav for a pint and bite on Main Street. Shameless Plug: maybe one day they will send notices when the taps change via CRAFTBEERUPDATES.COM until then, I'll be having a pint of fresh craft when I wander by.

Lots of good drink selection, although not great for non-alcoholic drinkers. (Sorry to who ever I under tipped! It was NYE and I wasn't paying attention)

Food is too expensive for what you get. Also getting tired of bars charging 8 bucks for 14ounces... we can get a full growler for it. The atmosphere is nice though and people are friendly.

Without Covid 19 present this place can be a bit loud, lots of people and just a tad too loud music for good conversation. However during this time of awareness this place is a 10/10 for atmosphere and the beer and food have never lacked.

Good selection of beer and the ambiance is good. But the place could do a better job with decor and cleaning. First thing you smell is a strong scent of chlorine/bleach. We had the fries and chicken wings. Both were over fried and you can tell it was pretty old oil. And come on, $14 dollars for 5 tiny wings?!

Portland Craft is situated on Main street in Vancouver and part of a bigger chain that started in the USA. This place is popular for obvious reason - they make good beer! The service was good and the staff friendly. We ordered the burger and fries and it is everything you want with great tasting beer.

What a unique place we get to have in Vancouver, cool beers on tap, friendly bartenders, and the bar is always a great place to sit. Would recommend making reservations as it's always packed... never had food here but it always looks delicious. My go-to for a drink when I'm in the area.

Great place to visit before seeing a Vancouver Canadians baseball game! Maybe we'll order some food next time, but there was a reasonable and wide selection of craft beers to choose from. The service was great. No attitude Helpful. Happy. They enjoy what they do. We didn't have reservations and started with a small table and when they didn't show up the servers didn't forget about us and eventually about 9 of us, all from work, had an amazing time before heading to the game. Great job Portland!

great place. chilled out, relaxing vibe BUT ever since for whatever reason they decided to axe the “Put a Bird on It” chicken and waffle dish from the menu...I don’t really have much desire to come back. It was pretty much the reason I came back every time I visited Vancouver from the Okanagan. It was sooooo good. I can’t understand the logic behind this decision. Put it back on the menu and I’ll be back for sure. Otherwise...I’ll try other spots.

Portland Craft did an amazing job accommodating a big group (15 people) event that I hosted in the upstairs area on a Saturday night. The beer was great, the food was good, and the service was incredible. Very appreciative to the staff for being so great!

Went there on a Sunday for lunch and it was busy but quiet. Food was pretty good but more importantly... great beer selection and friendly service. Wine choices were surprisingly good as well. Cocktails looked good as they have a nice selection of spirits but didn't get the chance to try.

Went there on New Year's Day... Curtis is a rock star.. great service from start to finish... They always have solid beer selections and a good choice of vegetarian and vegan options.

The beer is good just have to explore to find your flavors you'll enjoy. I like the blond beer. An there fries are awesome with gravy. There I hardly nothing here I don't enjoy except the curds cause I'm lactose intolerant that is my only complaint but yeah enjoy

Cozy restaurant. Dimly lit. Went on weeknight, hence it wasn’t very busy. I made a reservation but didn’t need it as it turns out. Great selection of drinks. The pizza (meat) was incredible.

I love their chicken and waffles and drink specials. Service is pretty good. Would give 5 stars but last visit, I had a hard time getting the server's attention and found about half an egg shell in my waffles. Still great food and beer selection. Plus, some nice eye candy playing on a laptop by the bar. Will always come back.

Wasn't impressed with the beer. The chicken and waffles were delicious, but my friend ordered a burger and found some sort of metal piece in the meat. They were understanding and did not make my friend pay for it, but still. Overall it was just an okay experience.

10/10 on service, but $8 for 14 oz sleeve. More reasonable prices before 3PM, and the beer selection is decent. Easy parking just off Main is a bonus. They put chicken gravy on the poutine, which is almost criminal - one star lost right there. Skewers were great.

Great selection of U.S. and local craft beer. Some may think the U.S. beers are pricey , but there is nowhere else in the city you can get some of these beers . They have to get them here and that costs money. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, cool sit at bar, and the salt and pepper wings are delicious. Go if you're into good beer.

Read all the reviews so decided to stop in. Beer was all right. Food came out cold and sent some of it back, then new food came out bad as well. Server handled it very well and was very apologetic but definately threw off the experience.
