We ordered a family platter for a takeout dinner on a Saturday. They prepared everything within 20 minutes and the food was very delicious! Even the presentation of the platters was very well done! The prices are also very reasonable, I will definitely come back to Lebanese Palace!

Authentic delicious Lebanese food. Very clean, very fresh. Nice Arabic music playing. Fine Dining restaurant on one side, a passageway leads to a diner with all of the goodies and delicacies you expect from Lebanese cuisine. So healthy. Perfect for celebrations and family gatherings. Best shwarma in Ottawa, hands down. Ample parking. No stairs. Highly recommend. #localguide

THE BEST middle eastern food and hospitality in the city! Being Lebanese we've tried many restaurants in Montreal, Atlanta, NYC, Toronto, and all over Ottawa. This is by far one of the best in Ottawa. Welcoming and friendly staff, great atmosphere. Absolutely delicious food, very affordably priced- good value for the generous portions served. I had a "small" shawarma (which seemed big) that left me stuffed, at just $6.. compared to $10+ everywhere else I've eaten. He had a falafel plate, which could have fed 2! The falafels were tasty, and not dry. Most notably was the hummus- sooo good! We eat a lot of hummus, from many different places/store brands.. and this was excellent, very delicious. The restaurant is split in 2, with a causal and pleasant eating area on one side, and a formal dining area on the other side. The casual side offered 5-6 meal options, in different sizes (sandwich vs plate vs platter). The formal side offered a large buffet or à la carte items. The decor was fancy, with a large beautiful chandelier to top it off. There was also a stage for live music. Large parking lot. Very highly recommend!

Best deal in Ottawa ! Yes ! You get a small chicken shawarma sandwich, a side of garlic potatoes and a can of pop for only $11.26 tax included ! The food here is excellent ! The staff is very nice and very generous with what you want in your sandwich. The place is clean. The staff practices good hygiene measures and there is plenty of free parking ! My go to place for shawarma ! A must try restaurant ! ☺️

Ordered from this place for the first time yesterday and couldn't believe that I didn't know about them even thou I lived like 5 minutes away. I would say this place has one of the best chicken in town, it was crispy and tasty also their rice had a very nice touches between textures and savory. The portion is filling and well priced. Kudos. I was too hungry to take the pics of the dish but I also love the take out containers, very convenient and organized.

Hit and miss: if you don't show up at peek hours, the food is less fresh and hot. Sadly, my last shawarna chicken was dry, and the potatoes were terribly dried up and flavorless. Even the hummus was less tasty. This is strange because when I usually went on Fridays for lunch, last year, the quality was 5/5. I will be taking a pause until end of pandemic from the Palace.

We were assisted by Adam and I felt like it was one of my best days in Canada. When someone is really kind to you, you never forget that day. And being at this place felt like one of those days. We ordered a chicken Shawarma platter and poutine. Not only they were both delicious, we were given a generous amount. Will Definitely go back!!

I have been here multiple times. The food tastes and looks authentic. Pricing is very competitive and there's always room to sit and eat. The place is very clean and well managed. The parking lot is quite big and there's always room to park.

Price and food were good. Buffet is vegetarian so keep that in mind, but overall it's tasty. There are plenty of Mediterranean dishes which I love. Service was hard to rate. It's a buffet after all. The waitress was strange. Someone ordered Irish coffee and she brought gin and tonic. I'll stop there.

The restaurant is clean and decor is nice. Service was a little slow, but it was actually nice because you didnt feel like you were being rushed. Food was amazing, portion sizes were huge! We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), ordered 3 dishes and had a lot left over to eat the next day. Our waitress was very nice. Will return when we are in the area again.

Stumbled upon this spot in Ottawa's industrial neighborhood. Kind service and amazing selection at their lunch time buffet in the restaurant. My father in law enjoyed it immensely whilst on a business trip in the area.

Great place for some Mediterranean food. It has a nice-looking restaurant on one side and a road-house-type diner on the other side. Ordering take out in the centralized kitchen is pretty straightforward and their prices are competitive with the neighbourhood. Portions are good sized. You get a lot for the money. Traffic is about the only downside. Getting in and out of there is sometimes a challenge.

Friendly service, generous portions and as good as any of the other top shawarma places in the city. I've only had the chance to poke my head into the shawarma fast food counter, that also has ample seating area if you want to just sit down and enjoy your meal before getting on with your day. There's a formal dining area with a buffet dining offering more traditional Lebanese dishes, which looks interesting.
