Amazing every time. Always super friendly service, quick in and out. Great portion sizes - I get a meal and a half (two meals if I toss in extra rice at home) out of the large chicken and rice which generously comes with a great salad and grilled pita. Sometimes wish it could be a bit spicier but can always add hot sauce at home. Miss them every day that they are closed, cannot wait for the reopening. Can I get a Thanks Hun?

Came here multiple times before in the past. But haven’t been here since their renovations. Place hasn’t changed much except for their prices. Still worth the buy. I ordered a large chicken/rice with pop. Comes with chicken. Rice. Salad and two pitas. The service is good. The food is good. The portions are large and filling. Would recommend.

Lulu's is a staple shawarma spot here in Hamilton so naturally I love to support. Amazing owners, fast quick service and an enjoyable enough meal. Portions are huge quality is there but I would recommend getting the rice dish as it comes with pitas versus the shawarma wrap itself. Sauces tend to spread a bit unevenly, pita often times soggy before you are half way through and the mess....well good luck keeping yourself clean 😂.

I really don’t think this lived up to the hype for “best shawarma in Hamilton”. It was good, filling and decently priced, but I’ve definitely had better. The garlic sauce just seemed a little watered down and the chicken was in very tiny pieces which made it a little drier than I would’ve liked. But a cute, local establishment nonetheless!

what drew me to Lulu's? the smell! I could smell it from a block away. 🤤 I have been a repeat customer for a few years. The shawarma is amazing. some would say its messy but you've got to master the technique. Let the loose chicken fall onto the foil and then add it with each bite! Absolutely worth it. sometimes I can't even finish it. service is fast and friendly. I love how the main lady is always inviting with a positive energy. If you haven't already you've got to try Lulu's. It won't disappoint. Fantastic job everyone! ❤

Tried their chicken "Shawarma" which was basically chicken in a pita bread. The taste was good but the sauce was dripping all over the place because it was drizzled from top after putting it in a wrapping paper, also the bottom chicken was dry with no sauce for the same reason. The presentation and prices could be better. The chicken on rice looks like a better option.

Insane amounts of chicken, and proper nice taste aswell. Only stupid rule is no credit cards. But the food 10/10. Only suggestion i have is to make the garlic sauce slightly thicker for better texture, it was a bit watery.

One of the best places for Shawarma in the Hamilton area! My parents aren't use to eating Shawarma, but when we bought some here, they instantly fell in love with the food! It's a good portion for what you pay, but the food is simply amazing! I actually went to buy another wrap for the trip home because I knew I would be craving more later in the night. I'm writing this as a person who lives outside of Hamilton. Good food! Great prices! Awesome staff! Highly recommended!

It’s not that it’s bad, but it’s just chicken lettuce and onion, and most of the chicken was over cooked and front and centre while the rest of the pita was onion lettuce. For 12 bucks? Meh…

One of, if not the best shawarma places around, I discovered them this past summer after passing the building for years without even thinking about trying them, don't judge a book by its cover. My personal go to is the large chicken and rice, the staff are busy but very friendly and the turnaround for orders is pretty quick.

I used to live in Hamilton back in 2008. My sister introduced me to this amazing chicken shawarma and falafel place. Very affordable menu selection, delicious and worth coming back even when I have lived in Saskatchewan and now in Toronto. I keep on going to this place whenever I get a chance. My favorite is the falafels because they make it their own recipe. One of the best food place to go to Hamilton. Hopefully we can franchise them here in Toronto.

I am arabic and have been eating shawarma my whole life. I genuinely have not had shawarma this amazing for a very long time. I had Lulus for the first time 2 months ago, and havent stopped thinking about it since. It is SO FLAVORFUL. The vegetables are fesh and deliious, this is top tier quaity shawarma. Im from waterloo and really really hope they open up a location there. I would go every day

Great serving of shawarmas at a small price. This place is really generous and it shows. I ordered what was supposed to be a small chicken and rice, and they blessed me with so much. The food was tasty as it looks, if youre running on a budget or just hungry for anything, I'd recommend stopping by this place.

Difficult to get a different flavor with the massive expansion of Osmow's (our family favorite) and Lazeez Shawarma. However this one was quite a find. Taste deserves a 5-star but the wrap itself was too messy and had to settle for eating a Shawarma wrap using fork 🤦.

Amazing place , Rizgar and Tammy are the staple in downtown Hamilton. You’ll never want any other place . Lulus is the only place to go for a shawarma or chicken and rice . The falafel is amazing also. 10 stars to me .

Amazing place, great price for the amount of chicken you get, which is the most chicken I have ever seen in a wrap. Service great, very friendly, even gave us free drinks and my kids lollipops. Not cheap with toppings also. Other shawarma places need to learn from this place instead of weighing the amount of chicken they place in your wrap

Wow! This was good....From the first bite to the last one, it was yumilicous 🤪....the chicken pieces were roasted to perfection....tucked in the corner yet visible,small interiors, few seats....but it's a Take Away! and CASH Only!!

I was working in town and havnt been here in the past 6 years. I returned for lunch today and let me tell you this is the best shawarma I've ever had. I actually feel bad for the competition in Hamilton. Staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Had the large chicken and rice combo and I will be returning as much as possible.

Shawarma is unreal! Good price for the amount of meat you get! Going back soon! Hard to eat, but worth it. Used a fork and spoon. Toppings weren’t crazy, but the meat was amazing! Not a place you want to sit in as the place smells like dead mice... friendly people.

This is easily my favorite shawarma, the texture of the chicken is crispy and the loaded mix had a unique and fresh flavor with the sauce. It's much higher quality than the ones from pizza places. good deal with the rice and pita, the tray of chicken is totally worth it too. Falafel is also delicious, I tried everything on the menu and loved it all.

Stood in line up yesterday for my first time since Lulu's reopened. Time well spent, friendly patrons to talk to and finally got inside. Tammy and Rizgar were busy but took the time to chat with everyone. Of course the food was great as always! Boy, have I ever missed them these past few months! Happy to line up anytime for them!

I am a Chinese student, I love shawarma very much. I live in northern China where there are many wheat products. We also love pie and naan (I’m not sure what is the difference with pita, but they are both delicious). We are very Like the taste of starch after baking. This restaurant has good prices, is very friendly, and tastes great.

Ordered the loaded chicken shawarma. For only $7 it was LOADED. Lots of chicken, vegetables, sauces. Pita bread used tasted good as well. Overall taste is extremely authentic and the ingredients used fresh. Their sauces also taste unique. Great customer service from Lulu as well. I would recommend this place 10/10 times. Literally ordered 3 loaded shawarmas in one day! That is how good it was!!

Upon entering the establishment, i could tell right away that this was a great place. Being a dreary day, the warm atmosphere was welcoming. I spoke for awhile with one of the people at the counter, who told me about how they had just purchased a new coffee machine. He was friendly and helpful. I ordered some food to go but almost wish I had stayed.

A Hamilton institution. It's unassuming from the outside but once you step inside it's like a warm hug. It's got a great modest blue-collar vibe and they clearly put a focus on the quality of their food. Portions are massive. One of the most unique variations of "shawarma" I've ever come across but it really works.
