This place has received very good reviews, we recommend visiting them. Sure they’ll give you a very great service.
I have dined at Sushi Bar Zipang over the years, and my most recent visit was a little disappointing compared to past visits. The service was relatively abrupt and crass. The quality, although good, seems to have diminished and no longer stands up to the price tag. I found the sushi rolls fell apart easily, and were not presented well. The sashimi was definitely well portioned; however, the yellowtail fish tasted a little fishy for my liking, and the color seemed a little dull and grey compared to other hamachi sashimi I've had.
I will be back in the future, hopefully the quality will improve.
Great tasting fresh sashimi. The soba was a little salty, with a soy based soup. We also were missing an order from our plate but the server was quick to correct the mistake. This hidden gem can get pretty busy at night. Call ahead to make a reservation. Price range is relatively more expensive ($$) than some of the other Japanese places but I guess it makes up for the fresh seafood. There are lunch and dinner specials that are worth trying.
One of my go-to sushi bars in the city. Either myself or with family and friends. Their nigiris are always fresh even when delivered. Portions are on the bigger side compared to other restaurants. Will try to eat here more often.
Nice and cozy little Japanese restaurant with amazing service and food! The serving lady as well as the rest of the staff were all super friendly and eager to help. Sushi and sashimi were made quick and were delicious, definitely the best tasting salmon I've had. Pleasing presentation and they have nice grippy chopsticks. If you're thinking sushi/Japanese I highly recommend!
Delicious and fresh. Sat at the sushi bar and watched the talented and disciplined chef make us the most incredible sushi. Staff was wonderful. Only coming here from now on.... Sushi Bar zipang - where have you been all my life!
Best Sushi Restaurant in Calgary! I will always come back. Here you will find the largest, most delicious pieces of salmon sashimi that will melt in your mouth! Perfect rolls. Naoya, you are one of the kindest people I've ever met in this business. Zipang Sushi Bar is #1Japanese restaurant in Calgary. I even wrote a blog post and made video about it. Love this place!
Been coming here for years. The fish is excellent. They never sacrifice quality. I’ve eaten at all of the best reviewed sushi restaurants in our city and out of them all Zipang is my Go-to. Very grateful to the Chef and all the staff, they are great.
A gem of a restaurant. My Japanese friend took us here and helped us with the menu. Small place with a clean ambience. Service was quick and super friendly staff. Tried a variety of dishes and did not regret any dish. I would like to say that every dish a Must-Try. One of the best Sushi places I have been to in YYC! Our new favorite spot :)
One of best sushi bar in town. The sashimi was super fresh. Taste clean and no fishy smell. Delicious. The kitchen menu very good. Deep fry calamari and pork chop with mashed potato. Very well seasoned. Good variety of food for people who like to eat non raw food. Very busy here do book ahead of time.
I went there on my birthday. Told them to bring me whatever chef prepares. We had such a great experience. Sashimi was great fresh and ocean like. Sea urchin on the plate was amazing. Thank you.
Came here when I was visiting Calgary and had the Omakase (roughly $75 per person). Did not regret it at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the food was fresh and delicious. I was surprised at the end when they gave us the dessert. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant and is looking for a non ayce sushi restaurant.
Pleasantly surprised with how fresh and thick the slices of sashimi were. Seems like they have a good selection of sake and other japanese liquor. Friendly service and best sushi I've had in Calgary so far. I will definitely visit Sushi Bar Zipang every time I come down here.
I had heard about Sushi Bar Zipang time and time again, and always in a positive light of course. The restaurant is very unassuming and well layed out to get the most out of the space they have. I can see it being a little cramped on a busy night, but the Tuesday night I visited it was perfectly comfortable. They have an assortment of dishes which you might not find at other sushi establishments, but to be perfectly honest I was there to try the rolls! Regarding the rolls, They do not have a wealth of options but what they have is tasty for sure. The bigger rolls are massive and you can easily feed 2 with just two or three orders. The prices are on par with other sushi places in town so that was a pleasant surprise considering the size of some of these rolls. All in all its a solid place to visit. I'll definitely be returning to try some of their other offerings.
Arrived on a busy night so we had to wait a bit which was no problem. Once seated, service was friendly and quick. You order your sushi rolls/nigiri/sashimi on a slip of paper which makes it easier for everybody. Prices are fair and the food was delicious. Some of the best sashimi I’ve had. Proportions were perfect as well. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back.
Sushi quality is excellent, big portions worth the price, fast service, friendly staffs. What a satisfying meal. Only coming here now if I’m craving sushi.
10/10, would strongly recommend. This is THE freshest sushi I have found in Calgary in the 4 years I’ve lived here. They are reasonably priced, portion size is decent (not super small) and they have a pretty good variety of desserts! The staff is also wonderful; I’m never disappointed when I go here!
Fresh and delicious!! Very high quality sushi. Small cozy restaurant. Make sure to book a reservation as it gets crowded quickly.
We went here for Lunch today and were incredibly impressed with the quality and freshness of the Sushi. The Ebi Tempura was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, as well as the variety of Sashimi that came on the Deluxe platter, I was especially impressed with the creaminess of the Ebi and Scallop. Will definitely be coming here again and can agree with other reviewers that say this is the best Sushi restaurant in Calgary.
By far the best sushi in Calgary. Beautiful classic sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh. The plates are presented lovely. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys sushi. The family is also amazing and incredible hosts.
Some of the best fish I've had in the city. Tempura was light and not overly battered. Fish didn't have any imperfections. Can't ask for more in Calgary.

High quality and delicious sushi, awesome chef, and kinds staff.
Best Japanese restaurant in Calgary! Sushi is fresh and great selections, hot food items are cooked perfectly. Chefs are all Japanese so it’s authentic not another Chinese-owned sushi restaurant.
Excellent food, but know that it can sometimes take a while, so be patient. Trust me...it's worth the wait for these VERY fresh and tasty treats.
Simply delicious! Can't say they have the best tempura but everything else was excellent. Very fresh nigiri and their udon broth was not too salty like most other places.
Still the best Sushi in Calgary. I've been coming to Zipang for years, and its been consistently great and best place for sushi in Calgary. The restaurant have a chef's menu on a board/sheet of menu that brings some very interesting items. The items on this menu varies from fresh Flying fish sashimi/sushi combo to grill tuna cheek, it really brings the atmosphere and taste of Japan here to Calgary.
Arguably the best sushi restaurant in Calgary. Sashimi is the thickest and freshest cuts I've had in town and everything is amazing quality. Only minor flaw was the sushi rice was a bit cold and firm but this varies chef to chef. Go try this place out!!
I would give it 5 stars if I was only reviewing the sushi.
What I didn’t like was the experience, or lack thereof. The atmosphere wasn’t great, it felt too crowded (it was a busy night though), and there was no real service. We were asked once if we wanted drinks, asked for our order and the next time the server came was with a bill and the machine to pay. We did sit at the bar so I’m cutting them a bit of slack on service since the chefs just handed us the sushi when it was ready. I would honestly probably give 1 star for service based on our visit tonight, but I’ll cut them some slack since it was a busy night.
The good? The nigiri. The fish tasted fresh and the portions were large. Their rolls aren’t incredible, unique or very pretty, but do have a decent amount of fish inside. We had the house special roll and the zipang roll and there was way too much tobiko (fish eggs) on top of both for our liking. I think the rolls are a little overpriced. Next time I come I’ll likely only be ordering nigiri and sashimi because the fish tastes great and it’s a good value considering the size you’re getting. If you live close takeout is a great option because there’s nothing special about dining in here.
A fantastic restauarant with a wide variety of high quality Japanese dishes. The sushi is delicious and generously portioned. It's not too expensive (especially considering how good the food is) and the service is excellent. I recommend making a reservation if its Friday or Saturday as it can get busy.
Came on the recommendation of transfer students from Japan, fantastic sushi. Big thick slices of sushi and sashimi, well seasoned rice, and delicious rolls. Karaage was also juicy and crispy but not crunchy. Reminded us of a favorite place in Hokkaido, will be back.
Was in Calgary for a few days and felt like sushi. Took my family there and it was no issue bringing small children which was nice. Sushi was great! Had 4 rolls, some tempura and some Karrage for the kids. All very good! I would give 5 stars except the waitress never once checked on us and never refilled our waters or made sure everything was alright. Disappointing service but great food.
Great tasting sushi and good sized portions. You get an insane amount of pickled ginger and wasabi with your order, which is a first of my experience at any sushi bar-- it's so great. It's a popular spot that gets fairly busy so service can take a little bit longer compared to typical sushi bar standards. It's fun to watch the chefs make the sushi if you're sitting at the bar, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality and fresh. You can watch the chefs shell giant prawns as they prepare the sushi. The prices are fair in terms of Calgary standards. However there are a few classic rolls that are not on the menu e.g. Dynamite Roll.
Phenomenal quality of food. Everything has no quality spared. Everything from the fancy chopsticks to the real wasabi is top notch. Due to buying very busy the wait for service can be a bit long, but everyone is friendly, and it's well worth the wait.
Great portion size, very fresh fish. Blue fin tuna outstanding. Great service worth the visit.
This a nice place suitable for small groups .
We ordered several dishes . Food were delicious
Amazingly fresh Sashimi / Sushi
What a local gem, can’t wait to go back already!
Excellent food and service. Staff goes above and beyond with their service . Make sure to make a reservation on the weekend as they are very busy . Food is exceptional from quality to portions . First time at Zipang Will will be back soon .
The food here is fantastic! The sashimi was fresh and the the sushi tasted great. We tried grilled chicken gizzards and liver and it was very well made.
The atmosphere was cozy. The tables are placed very close together and so it is a bit tight, but totally worth because of the quality of food and the service.
Food was good, but very expensive. I'm also not fond of sushi that falls apart easily.

The best place to experience real Japanese taste. ‘Tori namban soba’ was so great. You can taste real Japanese bonito soup.
Left this place for a decade! Just came back and been there 3 times in the last month. Delicious.
Was excited to have sushi since restrictions were easing up.
Honestly, a little disappointed. The rolls we ordered were falling apart, sushi rice was not even around the rolls, wagyu beef tataki was extremely chewy and tough, soba noodles flavor-less. Nothing outstanding.
We stopped in to one of our favorite sushi spots post restrictions. Like always, this place does not disappoint. The only problem we keep coming across is that we always tend to over order. So many favourites, so little stomach room.
Favourite sushi place in calgary. Their lunch special is a great + everyone is really nice.
Good quality sushi with prices to match. Simple menu with fairly traditional flavors. It is a small place so reservations are recommended.
A great spot for lunch! Small and intimate, but the quality and portions are fabulous. Extremely fresh and flavorful ingredients, and the staff and service were outstanding! Everyone is also very conscious of the circumstances, and they are doing a great job of making their environment feel very safe. I definitely, definitely recommend!
The best sushi place in Calgary. I used to love the soba here but dk why…the taste changed…disappointed :(

Had dinner in zipang twice last week and went for lunch today haha
They offer set lunch with quite a bit of options, just that I still prefer their sushi n sashimi ^^

A whole new sushi experience.
This place lived up to the hype for me - amazing sushi.
Fast friendly service. Quick food prep. Fresh tasty food. Great atmosphere.
Best sushi in the city, hands down. Family run, support local!
Best sushi in Calgary. Friendly and efficient service.
Some of the best sushi I've had in YYC or anywhere. Bit of that's not enough, the customer service is above and beyond.
Ordered tonight and the Toro wasn't to the usual standard. We called just to give a heads up and they insisted on dropping off a fresh order at our place. They delivered it quickly and it was perfect.
Excellent food and beyond excellent customer service. Customers for life
Thanks guys, you blew our minds
The apps were amazing, but, the sushi was so so.
the rice was cold and it didn't attach well , I think they pre-made some rolls and save in the fridge .
The tuna wasn't fresh , it was still cold went I ate and it had a lot of blood points.
I know is impossible to get fresh fish in Calgary , but unless make better rotation of products .
Great food but horrible service. We made a reservation at 6 didn’t get food our starters till 7 and everything completely came out at 7:49 after asking the waitress/waiters multiple of times. Also they overbook for reservations so you never get your table on time unless you come earlier in the day.
Authentic Japanese cuisine hands down. Price is on the high side but hey, it's authentic so only it's up to you to say if it's worth it.
I eat in this place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this place routinely. The meals are of high quality, the workers are courteous and the prices are fair. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a rich dinner.
Fresh sashimi healthy servings, intimate setting, friendly staff, and perfectly executed experience. Whether on a first date or hundredth, sushi zipang will not disappoint. And the prices won't either. Quietly placed in bridgeland, it escapes the craziness of downtown and 17th but provides a comparable atmosphere.
Top class sushi experience. Most authentic sushi place I've been to in Calgary. To put it simply, they don't sell cash-grab generic ramen like other sushi joints. Expect quality for your dollar.
This is the best Sushi restaurant in Alberta, the owner is a real sushi chef and this sushi is as good as the upscale sushi in Japan. This is a real sushi restaurant, and it is a classy one! The sushi here is artwork. Be sure to tip well, because they deserve it. This is my favorite place to get sushi.
You really get what you pay for. For me their selection is honestly on the pricier side, however they make up for with the amazing quality of the food and great customer service! This place probably has some of the freshest sushi in town.
Really fantastic restaurant with a great sushi and small bite selection. A lot of very unique dishes that I haven't seen at many other Japanese restaurants, like salmon cheek! Very very friendly staff who are prompt and helpful. Portions are fantastic for the price. We spent about $30 per person and had honestly too much food (but it was ALL delicious!!). Good food for the value too!
One of the best hidden Sushi Restaurants in Calgary!
I've been frequenting Sushi Bar Zipang for over 8 years and the quality of food, portion sizes and service has been excellent and consistent since the first day.
The sushi is really good but I love the extra thick pieces of Sashimi, and the taste is second to non! Everything on the menu is very well portioned so there is very good value for your money, and all sushi rolls look and taste very unique.
The restaurant is smaller and typically very busy with the service and staff friendly and attentive. I would recommend a try at least once.
I have been here many times as this is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Calgary. The food quality is consistently good with everything on the menu being delicious.
I am rating the restaurant 5 stars not only for their food, but also their commitment to service. I once had a delivery where there was a mistake that I noticed after the food was delivered, the owner himself drove to my house to deliver the missing food. Amazing!
Fantastic sushi! The location is quite cozy, though perhaps too cozy as it can feel a little cramped at times. Great selection of sashimi and rolls with a diverse range of entrees as well. One of these days I might even spring for something off their sake menu. Prices are higher than a typical sushi place in Calgary but this is not a typical sushi place and the prices are easily justified.
Wow this was goodfor NYE. No wonder they were so busy. Yes our order was late. Quite. But they even made that right with a nice gift. Food was well worth the wait. Some of the best sashimi I've had in the city.
Strangely thick tataki, with a flavour like I rarely get any more. Sooo good.
Be warned tho, the spicy tuna is proper, real, actual old school spicy tuna the way it's supposed to be. Unlike most places these days. This is spicy. Noms.
Worth 5 stars.
This was definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Calgary. Specifically for sushi. I have noticed recently that the food quality has gone down considerably. We were ordering in due to Covid for a couple months and we really did not like the sushi so we thought maybe it just doesn’t travel well. But we went there a couple weeks ago in person and still really didn’t enjoy our meal. I don’t usually waste because I’m not a wasteful person but this time I had three or four bites and I couldn’t eat anymore. This may have been a one off and I am willing to go back and try again but I do believe there are better sushi places in Calgary.
This place is incredible! The fish is always fresh and delicious. It is not inexpensive but the food is worth every penny. The service is also fantastic. We had to wait about 15min for our reservation, but the staff was very apologetic and even gave us a free fried squid dish. This is a relatively small restaurant and it's very popular so you should get a reservation. I highly recommend asking them for Omakase (chef's choice). It won't be cheap, but it'll be one of the best meals you can get in Calgary.
I just loved their food. I always get excellent customer service there. The place is well kept and the workers are always friendly. Highly recommended.
Not really a big restaurant but packed with people. Food and drinks are good, authentic Japanese cuisine are not crazy expensive. Great for get-together dinner with friends and coworkers, great for family as well. Reservations will be the must especially after 18:00 because the street parking becomes free. Groups with more than four does require reservations all the time.
Outstanding sushi, delicious food. Highly recommend!
One of the best places in Calgary for sushi. It was quite busy at dinner time on Saturday. Sashimi cuts were large and high quality. They also served uni which was fresh and super delicious.
Servers where friendly and socially distanced themselves at all times. The food was AMAZING! we had to wait a bit but the sushi and sashimi was well worth the wait. Looking forward to our next visit.
I really like the sushi here and find the wait staff to be polite and helpful. As a small restaurant, the atmosphere is nice and cozy with low lighting. The menu is quite large with a good variety. You can sit at a table or at a bar where you can see the chef prepare the food. I recommend booking in advance as it fills up quickly. They serve alcoholic drinks but close at 9pm, which took us by surprise the last time I visited. I've been here five times now and it's always been a pleasure. My child loves it too as they have special bowls and chopsticks for kids.
As a life-long Calgary region resident (with multi-year residence experience in Tokyo and many visits for business and leisure in the years since), you won't find a better sushi restaurant in Calgary than Zipang. They significantly excel in providing an authentic taste of Japan.
Been a long time since I was in Japan and I am super missing the quality of the food you get there. Some people say Zipang is expensive but if you go there you will agree the quality and flavor of the food more than justify what you get there. Real Japanese food made by a full Japanese staff and chefs. Go there and you will not be sorry. We already made another reservation for next weekend.
If I had to choose my favourite restaurant in the city, Zipang takes the cake! Not only is their sushi absolutely gratifying, the sushi chefs have an attention to customer service you don't often see this day in age. One caveat, being a crowd favourite as it is, it would serve you well to make a reservation beforehand.
This place...... Only a handful of places have made it to the top 10 best dinners I've ever had around the world and never did I think that a sushi restaurant would make the cut. The quality is the food is just fantastic. Personally I consider the service slow but the good just made up for it. Highly recommended!
I was really impressed with this place. The sushi they serve is of outstanding quality. They don't do anything extravagant or flashy and instead focus on the basics. The service was good and the prices were fair. You will likely need a reservation if you come on a busy night.
The food that we were able to order was delicious. However, the service or lack of it was something that definitely dampened the experience. We asked for a dessert menu, which the server forgot about, we didn't have anyone come check up on us and fill water (we didn't get a water jug). Eventually a chef came over and got us water + the bill after the head sushi chef noticed us. We left without ordering the dessert due to the hassle. Overall, the meal was good, but the service definitely ruined the experience.
My favorite sushi place in Calgary! Amazing quality of fish and rice (yes, I normally don’t eat rice, but this place has really good rice, reminds me of Japan). Real Japanese chef and you could order in Japanese if you fancy to. You could also order off-menu items if you know what to order.
This is the best sushi in Calgary. I was delayed slightly with my order and they took care of it. It was nice of them and I’m very appreciative. Thanks!
Best sushi spot in Calgary. It's definitely more expensive, but you can taste the difference in quality. They also carry unique Nigiri you won't find anywhere else. Definitely worth reserving a table!
As a San Francisco native, I am always a bit weary of how fresh seafood really is. Well, I was not disappointed at Sushi Bar Zipang. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and beautifully presented. Everything was delicious and the staff was lovely. I highly recommend.
The best sushi in Calgary. We go there almost once a week. We have tried many other different sushi places but always go back to Zipang. The fish is fresh and service is authentic (not over-attentive yet friendly). Prices are decent but for that quality I am willing to pay more. The only downside is that it is always busy on weekends but I can understand why.
I really enjoy sushi and I LOVE fresh sushi.
I've never had such FRESH sushi, the best in town that is purely fresh. The service was great! Even the guys who make the sushi in front of you will service you and they're really nice & funny.
Anyways, sushi is amazing, drinks amazing but the price is a little more expensive but totally worth it! Also, the seating is limited so you have to make reservations or your not getting in anytime after 5pm!
Have been here several times since I've moved to Calgary. The last time was for an anniversary celebration.
Always excellent service.
The food is excellent as well. The sashimi can be hit-or-miss, but the futomaki are delicious. My gf and I always get the rock-cod and the tempura eel -- some of the more harder-to-cook things on the menu.
Relatively higher pricing compared to other sushi restaurants, but you will leave satisfied.
My favourite place to go to for sushi in Calgary. Love going here because of the quality of fish and the overall taste. Service is always nice too and the ambiance is pretty cozy. You may have to wait some times but I’d definitely recommend it. 5/5 - will go again.
This is a typical sushi place. Hard to communicate and modify your order. However, exceptional presentation and open kitchen layout is very interesting. Bit hard to find a parking spot. Overall, not a bad place for sushi in downtown
I would say this is one of the top 3 sushi places to eat at in Calgary. They have a great selection of fish that they don't stock anywhere else in the city (that I know of). The service is great. The food quality is superb. Sushi lovers rejoice.
Fresh Authentic Japanese Sushi 🍥 in a quiet area of Bridgeland. Reasonable price and always tastes good. 😄
Simply quality food. Excellent fresh sashimi and a good variety of sushi and rolls, as well as other tempting options!
One of the best sushi spots in bridgeland
The restaurant has fresh and a variety of Japanese dishes, it is definitely one of the better Japanese joints in Calgary. The reason I cannot give it a five star is that the service is really really slow on busy nights, they can't handle busy.
I have been a regular customer of Sushi Bar Zipang for almost 15 years. I have been recommended this place to many of my friends and students from Japan that I met in Calgary. Everyone agreed with me, it is the best sushi and Japanese cuisine in Calgary!!! It is a disently clean place (which is very important to me), with a fair price. The owner is from Japan, he orders and prepears always high quality and fresh food!!!!! Very attentive and friendly staff!!!
yummy yummy Japanese food. Delicious n Enjoy.👍😋🥣🍵🍤🍣
Probably the best sushi in the city, delicious!!!
Some of the freshest sushi in town. You can taste the difference, especially with tuna and unagi which can have that "fishy" taste if not fresh. Here you only get pure delicious flavour.
Their cooked items are also good. The tempura batter is very light and flaky and actually has a flavour instead of just tasting deep fried.
The restaurant isn't very large so call ahead on the weekend.
Excellent quality fish, one of the top sushi restaurants in Calgary
Really amazing sushi. Not particularly innovative, but the quality is just phenomenal and they have nailed down the classics.Such fresh flavours. I can't recommend the scallops enough- the best I've ever had.
Rolls are a great size, always super fresh, and tastes delicious. My favorite sushi place so far. Waiting times were not bad either. I've been here 3 times and have always enjoyed my sushi and my experience.
This is by far the best sashimi I've tried in Calgary (I've tried quite a few) the tuna is specially good. The portions that come with the Tuna/Salmon Don are pretty good, and I find that even if you won't eat all the rice, is still better to buy the Don. The place is very busy and not many tables, is better to make reservations. They have a good bar if you can't get a table. When is full it gets pretty loud and there's a lot of traffic if you sit across the bar.

Wow did I ever have a great time here. Their rolls are absolutely amazing! We had the opportunity to sit right at the sushi bar and have the chefs prep the rolls right in front of us. Highly recommend the dynamite and red dragon rolls. Also, can't go wrong with the salmon sashimi boat. My friend and I devoured that just between the two of us. Definitely check this place out
This place is simply amazing. I was recommended to go here, by the American Express Platinum Concierge. They were absolutely fantastic. The owner was at the bar, and was very friendly. The food was hot when ordered hot, and cold when cold. This is by far one of the best sushi restaurant I have ever been too. Highly recommended and will return when in Calgary.
Fantastic sushi in a great location. It was really busy when we arrived, but the hostess acknowledged right away and work hard to get a table ready for us. It's a bit more on the pricey side, but it is worth it. Wonderful experience. Thanks!
This place is great! Great service and great food. They have a cool menu where you can pair meals with different types of sake. They also had unique menu items (that I haven't seen at any other sushi place in YYC) such as chicken gizzards which were so good! Definitely recommend going as it is a unique place with unique menu and great staff!
This place is super busy. You are lucky if you can get through the phone for a reservation. I can't find a place in Calgary that offers the same level of food quality. Pricing is reasonable for the food quality as well. Approximately $40 a person for sushi/roll order. It can be pricy once you start ordering sashimi and drinks. Kitchen items are delicious as well. Personally had pan fried Saba. It was delicious.
The food here is amazing. Always fresh seafood and it is actually authentic Japanese food. Service here is wonderful as well. But can get quite busy during lunch and dinner hours.
Amazing service from the owner himself. Gave us complimentary drinks and food because we had to wait for a table longer than the time he quoted. We didn't even have a reservation! Food was absolutely amazing and prices were very reasonable. A must try!!! Best sushi in Calgary!!
This is an incredible sushi restaurant. I have not written reviews before, but after last nights experience I felt the need to...not because of the delicious food, but because of the customer service. We were taking out of town family to try sushi for the FIRST TIME! Unfortunately the wait for food was terribly long. However, they were very acknowledging of this and we received some filler appetizers and given a discount off our bill at the end of the night. Though it was not the ideal impression I wanted to leave on our guest, the way it was handled was very commendable and I will be back time and again to support this restaurant!
This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I I need a decent lunch, this restaurant comes straightaway to my head. good and food and a large list of dishes.great staff members, and good spirit. Not less important, the bill is affordable. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.
One of, if the best landlocked sushi experiences I have had. The fish tasted fresh and delicious, and was beautifully prepared. The cost might turn some away, but it's worth it if you wish to endeavor.
Best sushi in Calgary hands down. Authentic flavors, quality fish and quintessential Japanese service. Lunch special is incredible value. Enjoy your experience! KANPAI!
Best authentic Japanese Sushi restaurant in Calgary.
If you are looking for high quality sushi/sashimi and less common fish, this is the place to go!
Staff is friendly and courteous and the place is always busy. Just remember you may require a reservation, so best to phone ahead.
The fish was incredibly fresh, like melt in your mouth delicious. The rolls were simple and not overly creative, but overall very satisfying
Great place to go!! Very tasty and quality sushi.
One of, if not the best sushi I’ve had in the city. Their beef tataki is also incredible.
Definitely recommend!! Awesome Staff, Service and Amazing choices of Sushi, specialty items, Chicken, Steak, all awesome!! Make reservations though!!! We were very lucky to get seat at the Sushi Bar!!
If there's one word for Zipang that represents the (I've lost track) number of times I've gone here, it's consistency. Service, food quality, courteous and genuine appreciation for its customers has never wavered over the years. If the group is feeling sushi, we don't go anywhere else. It's not the cheapest you'll find in town but the value you get all around is superb. To many more successful years - Cheers!

Definitely my go to place in Calgary for sushi - you can pick any combination of sashimi and nigiri instead of some places where you can only order one or the other and no variety. Always delicious and fresh and nice portions of fish!
Zipang is located in the heart of bridgeland. This restaurant has been on my list for a while now and I was lucky enough to try their exquisite menu. From entering into the restaurant we were nicely greet. Their menu has a vast selection from nigri, sashimi to different rolls and appetizers. We tried the tako kimchi salad which had nicely pickled kimchi was large cuts of octopus (delicious and flavorful). The nigiri sushi and sashimi were nicely prepared (thick cut of fresh fish). The prices here are above average but the quality here makes it well worth it. Would definitely come again.
Very good sushi place. Loved the fresh food.
Portions were incredibly generous, had the pleasure of sitting in front of the bar which was a treat. Tempura was fantastic and the consistency of the rice used for rolls was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again with a larger appetite. Can get busy so make reservations ahead.
Thick delicious sashimi. The tempura was very good, not greasy. Loved the banana sensation dessert. A little more pricey than I usually go for but a lovely place for once in awhile.
Zipang has probably the best sushi you can find in Calgary.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly though the seating is a little tight. They manage to fit a fair number of seats into close quarters.
This place is always busy so a reservation is recommended for dinner.
Love this place for fresh sashimi! Otherwise, sushi is nigiri where wasabi is layered between the rice and fish. Make sure to make a reservation because it does get packed.
Because of how crowded and busy it is, it can take really long to get your food. So be prepared to wait.
Best Sushi in The Prairies. A little pricey but very fresh and good. No Uni usually and when they have it, far too expensive, so would like that changed but otherwise very nice.
Very good sashimi and sushi. Fish is very fresh! RESERVE before you come, otherwise, take out is always an option!
I’ve only heard great things about this place, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The sushi was average, the customer service was good but unfortunately the service itself was quite slow... they also charged an item we had ordered but was never brought out. It was valentines evening so that could have been a reason why they were perhaps busier than usual.
The food was honestly pretty good. The thing that really turned us off was the customer service. Our server kept rushing us with the bill even though we made a reservation. We had a reservation for 2 at 6:30 pm and as we were still finishing our meal, our server interrupts us and asks if we want anything else or the bill and I said no thank you. We then ordered dessert and started eating it and before we were even half way done, she places the bill right in front of us when we were clearly not finished and we didn't even ask for the bill. At the time it was not even 7:30 pm yet. The restaurant was quite busy and maybe they were trying to be efficient but it definitely felt like we were being rushed out.
Sushi seemed fresh but I came away with some gassy stomach. Overall it was tasty but the price was a tad high and taste wise was acceptable but not mind blown. Service was on point though.
I got take out, and it's some of the best sushi I have had in Calgary. I don't think I would want to eat in because it's very crowded, and there was a lineup of people hovering around the door, waiting for a table. I don't think that would be a very enjoyable dining experience.

My visit was quite conflicted this time. The food selection and quality is bar none the best in Calgary for Japanese food in Calgary. I lived in Japan for many years and love that I can have many authentic dishes that are NOT just sushi. The sushi here is fantastic as well with generous cuts of fish but there is so much more that brought me back to my memories of Japan.
The reason I was conflicted though was as fantastic as the food was, the service of the food was horrible. We had a reservation and there was no table settings. We asked for them and waited nearly 30 minutes to get them after asking multiple times. It is tough to eat dinner without any utensils. Each person ordered and then in the end our bill was split into two bills with exactly the same items with half the cost on each one without being prompted to do so. I have never seen this occur at any other restaurant before. No one ate equal amounts so it complicated things more than simplified them. Even two split cheques would have made more sense than what was done. Stick to producing one master bill unless otherwise prompted please.
So coming here is the ultimate question of which is most important; service or food? I will be back but I sure hope the service picks up.
Consistently delicious and fast. They brought my little one an extra little snack since he was enjoying the raw sea creatures, so much! Nice little touch.
The best Sushi in Calgary, hands down. I have eaten at dozens of different Sushi shops, and I recently paid $400 to eat at a famous Sushi restaurant in New York, but I am still impressed by Zipang. Order Omakase if you can; the head chef always delivers excellent Omakase with fair value for the cost and interesting selections that vary depending on their seasonality. If you appreciate great fish and can afford it, then I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
Amazing level of service, superb quality and always the highest level of seafood. 100% the best Sushi in Bridgeland/Calgary.
Highly recommended for both lunch & dinner.
New fave sushi spot! In particular, Salmon sashimi pieces were well portioned and excellent quality. Great service and ambience as well. Will be going back!
Reservation is recommended.. place is a bit tight but cozy, not really a place for a quiet chat..come here for the great food and fresh fish..
This is our go to spot. The staff are awesome and friendly. Sushi is always of the best quality. The only negative is they are frequently so busy but you can make reservations.
The sashimi is why you come here. The slices are so fresh and thick, no other sushi spot quite compares to their sashimi.
In terms of other items...I’ve had better rolls at Nami (Baterra) and Ke Charcoal Grill (Oshi).
Still a great spot and good service!
One of the few authentic Japanese restaurants in Calgary. Considered by many to be the best sushi restaurant in calgary. I've been going here for years, and my only disappointment is getting turned away when I don't make reservations.
Grilled salmon was excellent. Not many other gluten free options though... Also my shelfish allergy made this a difficult place for me to eat . Too much risk of cross contamination
The sushi is fresh and yummy! The sake selection is good and the service is friendly and fast. I can see why it's always full on the weekends.
Great sushi! Great staff!
Great quality sushi, the salmon sashimi is fantastic. Rolls are decent. Five star review goes to my favorite spot in town, Nami, and only for that reason does it not get a five star.
We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
Really popular sushi bar, and for good reason. Food is fresh and delicious.
Very busy so make sure you have reservations!
Offers take out. Parking is a pain but well worth the wait when you sit down to their fresh sushi in the comfort of your own couch. Also a perfect date night location. Dining area is small enough that you're not forced to yell over other people's conversations.
I had a fantastic time at this place. We enjoyed the extraordinary environment and the meals. The waiters were super affable. I am content we finally managed to visit this place.
Great sushi in the city. The futomaki roll was excellent, great blend of flavours. No need for seasoning. Sashimi was fresh, melts in your mouth.
The omakase is a our go to meal to celebrate special occasions as it never disappoints. This time we had toro and it was melt in your mouth delectable. Great service, excellent food- thanks for helping us make memories!
Excellent quality standards. Very consistent over the years. Friendly service. Good seasonal specialty items change up the basic menu for abit of variety. Make reservations if possible, especially if you are looking to seat more than 2 people at dinner time. This place gets packed. Parking is street / park plus out front. Free parking available down the block.
My family has been coming here for 16 years, it's delicious and staff is very friendly. Great variety of food and price options. Can eat here for lunch for pretty cheap or go all out for dinner. I have too many favourite foods to name from here.
Either make a reservation or do takeout. I usually just order takeout to avoid the crowd... and the food is still great! The salmon don is delicious, fresh and has no fishy taste to it. I tend to use wasabi to get rid of any fishy taste but this is one of the few places where I actually prefer not using wasabi with the sashimi.
Our favorite goto sushi place. The fish is always fresh and the preparation is traditional. If only the ratio of fish to Rice was a little less.
Delicious and fresh! New go to now that Roku is gone.
Great gluten free options
I go to sushi restaurants because I can usually be guaranteed a gluten free meal. Zipang went above and beyond - not only was my server knowledgable about the ingredients in all the dishes, they had gluten-free soy sauce and gluten free 'breading' for the rolls with deep fried shrimp. I haven't had those in years! The rest of the meal was also great - the sashimi pieces were delicious and the largest I've ever seen. I'd recommend this to anyone, GF or not.
I don't care what any of the nay-sayers have said about this place. It's amazing. We've known the owner there for quite some time, and wherever he goes, the amazing sushi follows. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing sushi experience.
Great food that is consistently great over several years.
I can't help but wonder if some of the negative reviews come from people who have palates unaccustomed to quality food, have never travelled or are expecting food court-style dishes.
I'd rather not let the secret about thus gem out but Zipang is too tasty to keep quiet about.
My favourite sushi restaurant, amazing staff and great food. Can't beat the lunch combo.
Always fresh and delicious food. It’s pretty busy to Have a seat during dinner time, but it’s so worth to try it. One of my favourite restaurant in Calgary.
One of my favorite restaurants in Calgary. The sushi are always delicious and fresh. Make sure you get a reservation because it's small and often full.
This is no longer the top tier sushi restaurant that it used to be and isn't worth the premium that you pay. The tuna had an awful mushy consistency. Make the journey to Roku (previous owners of Zipang) instead if you want to splurge on quality sushi.
One of my favourite sushi restaurants in Calgary. Always excellent service with fresh, delicious menu. Can get busy because it is the only sushi in Bridgeland
Best sushi in town, in my opinion.
Some of the best sushi I've had. Small place but a great atmosphere. Everything is fresh and served beautifully. Highly recommended.
There are two types of sushi restaurants in this world, places that dress up their food with exuberant presentations and mounds of sauce to distract from having a poor fish:rice ratio, and places that keep it real, providing delicious, high quality fish in respectable portions. Zipang is the latter type of sushi restaurant.
Food: nothing special but average tasting
Service: good enough
Final verdict: won't go back
Ordered takeout today for early Mother's Day lunch. Overall, food quality was fair, 6/10, a little disappointed because food used to be good maybe because I used to dine in. (I was waiting there until the order was done, it did not sit there and get old, and just 20 mins to where I need to go ) Tako Kimchi was way too vinegary, Ikura was not fresh. Most importantly, I placed order over the phone, they quoted me a price over the phone, and I suspected something was missing so I phoned back, but the girl was speaking too fast with her Japanese accent so I gave up on checking the order and ended up missing something.
Quality was definitely nice. Nice little cosy place, waiter speaks poor English but they try very very hard to satisfy customers. Price point wise is prob a dollar or so more but not breaking the bank. Keep it up
Love this place. Best sushi I ever had. The bluefin tuna sashimi is unreal.
Hands down the best sushi in Calgary. Always fresh and with a fantastic selection. Friendly wait staff and delicious food means I'm never disappointed.
Solid place in Calgary for sushi! The sashimi was top-notch and fresh. You know this place is good when it's a full house on a Tuesday night.
5 stars for sushi in Calgary. Definitely make reservations as they are usually booked or full every night of the week. Also really enjoyed the soba.
One of the best sushi places in town. Expensive but you pay for the quality of the fish. Need reservations on regular night.
Just a great experience with fresh tasty food
Super fresh, great taste, great vibe, great service
Very delicious Japanese food. I really enjoyed their tempura. The batter was light and delicate, 5 stars!
Some of the best sushi in town. Really excellent sashimi. The rolls aren't super fancy or exotic but they are very high quality.
Amazing! Visiting this place all the time. Sashimi are so delicious and fresh! Chef and co-chefs are so amiable! Great place go there and you will never be disappointed!
Good quality food, very tasty! they have Ashai beer on tap which was a nice touch. The decor and dishes had a unqiue look to them which added to the great overall experience.
No other sushi restaurant compars to this one. A bit more pricier than other places but its worth it for the quality.
Best sushi in Calgary. Not the fanciest of rooms, but certainly fresh, quality ingredients with great service. Try the toro.
I love Zipang. The rolls are a nice size, the rice is always fresh and they are super friendly. It's a busy spot, so either make reservations or order takeout.
Straight forward and traditional sushi/Japanese cuisine. No gimmicks, just quality food. One of the few places one can entertain Japanese clients or friends
I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I love how their service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.
Nice atmosphere, good service. The Scallop sushi roll was great, however, their beef tataki was sub par and the only reason why I deducted a star.
Fresh sushi! Always good here. Great takeout packages if that's your thing. Otherwise it's busy inside most of the time. Make a reservation.
By far and away Calgary's premier choice for authentic Japanese sushi. Nouya-San serves up a variety of fresh sashimi and traditional Japanese rolls. Quiet and small with attentive services, a must try for sushi aficionados.
Personal recommendations include: Zaru Udon, Beef Gyu Tataki, House Roll, and Yellow Tail Hamachi.
Still think it's best sushi place in town if you're into sushi, sashimi, and Japan direct fish. Had the best Hokkaido uni here in Calgary
My favorite sushi bar in Calgary. Lots of option. One time the chef gave us free Matcha Ice cream just because
I have yet to find a better sushi restaurant in Calgary. Also it's only $5/person corkage fee. Check this place out!
A little cramped inside, if you're sitting on the aisle side of your table you can get your elbow bumped. Lots of other glowing reviews so I might have to go back and try again, I thought the quality and freshness were just ok
The dishes were fabulous and the service was good. However, while we were talking, the server would sometimes come and ask if we’ve finished, and if she could take out the dishes.
Some of the best sushi in Calgary. Very fresh and the sushi size is impressive. Reservations recommended
Love this place!! Great sushi. The night that we went the restaurant was a bit too noisy though. Other than that it was fabulous!
Table decorations are limited. Asked for dessert, we were given the bill. Hand dryers in the washroom are A+. Food was decent.
Best Japanese restaurant in the city. The sushi is sublime.
Bálint Valentine Kiss
I am a big Sushi fan, and at Zipang the Sushi is the best, freshly made, taste great, service is good too.
If you want real, fresh, amazing Sushi I recommend to try this place.
Nice neighbourhood sushi place. Food never disappoints and the staff are always friendly.
Had a great meal here, was slightly more expensive than the average sushi dinner, however quality was some of the best I've had
Favourite sushi in Calgary. Can be a bit slow but it's worth the wait - just bring people you like hanging out with.
This is the best place in Calgary by far! It's the closest thing to authentic Japanese food I've found outside of Japan.
Great sashimi, a little pricier but appropriate for the quality and location. Quaint little place, gets very busy during lunch and dinner.
The best sushi in this neighbourhood! Fish is so fresh and yummy! Servers are doing their best! Thank you
By far the best sushi place I have been To! Courteous staff and awesome owner! The food was by far the highest grade of sushi I have ever had in calgary!!!!
Japanese sushi chef, but it's your usual Japanese restaurant in Canada. Good portion and fresh sushi and sashimi.
Came with Japanese friend from Tokyo who said the sushi at this restaurant were great and authentic. The best sushi in Calgary I've tried.
The best sushi in Calgary! Always fresh!
The food was fantastic. Unfortunately, our reservation was delayed because they were very busy. But they corrected the issue to make my date and I extremely satisfied. Merry xmas
Better than the average sushi place here in Calgary, little on the expensive side but reasonable. Accommodating for children.
Best sushi in Calgary, full stop.
Amazing little sushi place with nice portions just outside the downtown core. Small and cozy, seems busy but the wait is minimal.
Their lunch bento with your choice of cooked fish/meat and/or sushi is good quality. Generally satisfied with taste and service.
First time here. Amazing California rolls! Sake is amazing too.
I totally recommend! You have a huge variety of rolls to chose from.
Like everything we ordered, especially the sashimi, fresh, yummy. Very busy, need appointment. A lil bit pricy, but acceptable. Worth for a try.
Wonderful fresh and flavorful sushi. Nice service and interesting variations of traditional dishes. The green bean gomae is delicious.
BEST SUSHI PLACE IN CALGARY, I have tried a lot of recommended places and this is the spot. When I lived in Bridgeland I used to go here all the time and now try to get here whenever I can.
Best Sushi in the city! Awesome staff, great fish, and nice location. True 5 star gem!
Overall the sashimi was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and attentive. The lunch special sushi/sashimi was very affordable and filled me up quite a bit.The only down side was it was very crowded for lunch.
Very good sushi, but very expensive for the portion sizes. Would be 5 stars if slightly more affordable.
Very fresh sushi and sashimi! Great selection and friendly service.
Great selection of sushi and food is amazing! Make sure you make a reservation as it is quite small in here but worth the wait!
Always great fresh food and service is very good even if it’s busy. Worst thing I can say is sometimes it’s too busy for a walk in seat, but they do take out.
Best sushi in the city. Owner is always behind the bar making orders, not sure if he ever sleeps!
Best Sushi lunch special in town! Sushi and Service is always consistent!
You should always make a reservation if you want to avoid the long line ups! It is in the higher end of prices. But well worth every penny! Yummy!
Best sushi in the city!!
Great sushi, amongst the best in Calgary
The food and service are usually terrific in this small place in Bridgeland. However, I would avoid the weekends since it is packed and the service may suffer because of it. Highly recommended when it isn't busy.
Decent sushi, though quite pricey. Young and trendy. Just moved from Vancouver, and is of similar quality to our old goto sushi place.
Excellent sushi! Probably my favourite in the city
For many sushi places that I have tried, this particular place is unique, the food is astonishing and fresh. I recommend anyone to try this place for once
Best Sushi in Calgary! Fresh, soft, tasty - quality ingredients. Definitely the best!
Good quality, a bit on the small side for portions. good service, a bit rushed cos they are super busy. price is always a factor - on the high side. nice place to bring a guest to impress.
Best sushi in Calgary. Better ingredients, better cuts, better preparation.
Amazing fish. Service was great. The rice was a little crumbly but that's expected when a place was as busy at this one.
By far best sushi in Calgary. Reserve a table before showing up. It gets crowded even during week days.
Best food, very nice staff, consistently awesome mood. They charge reasonable prices and the food quality is awesome. Great work.
My favorite is the Sashimi Set and I add a rice set to it. The fish is always fresh and the rice is perfect! The service staff is very friendly.
Zipang has the best sashimi and sushi in town! Everything is authentic, fresh and delicious!
Authentic Japanese sushi experience. Be sure to check out their daily special board for fresh fish of the day.
The sushi here is ok but, it is nothing special. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy and a romantic place to take a date in the evening time.
High quality sashimi and rolls. Extremely busy place so make sure you book. Worth the wait.
Adhiraj Brar (Adi)
Really good food, a little bit on the pricey side with their lunch combos (running anywhere between $16-$22) but definitely expect the quality and the ambiance.
Amazing service, great value, and by far the best sushi I've enjoyed in a while
Great little hole in the wall - sushi was no fuss and just plain delicious!
Nice spot, great to have a sushi place in the neighbourhood. Sushi is above average but not exceptional.
Amazing sushi and sashimi! Not cheap but amazingly fresh and tasty! Super friendly staff
The best sushi in Calgary! The owners are wonderful and the food is thoughtfully priced and delicious
Truly the best sushi in Calgary...and I have tried a lot of places. The steak and sushi dinner combo is a great deal.
C “A-Kai” Massey
Great service, nice atmosphere and good quality. 4.5 stars 4 months ago, and today 10 stars all the way. Service, environment, quality, uniqueness with traditional roots. Superb!
Excellent quality sushi at a good price. Setting is quite nice too.
Really amazing sushi. They package take out in non-compostable styrofoam containers though.
Food and service were great. I had the Hana meal and it came with steak and sushi and two appetizers for a pretty reasonable price
Yum! Their food is delicious!
The fish is very fresh and the chefs give you nice large pieces. The toro is a must try! So soft and juicy
Excellent service and amazing quality fish. Very fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!
The quality of the food is not good anymore. This use to be the best sushi place in town but not anymore.
Friendly staff. All the food was super fresh and delicious. Great choice for sashimi.
Although I haven't actually eaten here, I've popped in here twice to pick up take out for a friend and it's been packed in there both times. MUST BE GOOD!!!
Really good sushi. Decently price as well. Will need reservations but they also do takeout
Great food, I always enjoy the Sushi here. The freshest in Calgary.
Taste and price are reasonable. Japanese people owned, so it should be better than others.
Their sushi's are the best in town. Cozy environment but sometimes too crowded.
Passing through the area and I can't get over how amazing all the sushi rolls were. It was so little and cute and the service was amazing ;)
My favourite sushi spot in town! Small and gets busy so reservations are a good idea.
Probably the best sushi I have had in Calgary. Everything was great.
Best-freshest tasting sushi in Calgary, just not presented as well as Kinjo.
Very good Sushi, a nice little hole in the wall can be very busy would recommend getting a reservation.
Matt Allen (mattbenallen7)
Great authentic sushi. Make sure to come early or call to book a spot as this place gets busy.
The best traditional sushi bar in Calgary. Our first choice for date nights.
The food was some of the best I’ve ever had but the service was a little off. I felt rushed the whole time we were there. Maybe it was an off lunch hour for the staff?
Best sushi in Calgary by a landslide! Amazing staff!
Amazing food. Fresh and authentic sushi. Service was mediocre. The atmosphere was cozy.
Awesome sushi, plus the owners is very engaged with his customer. Best sushi in town!!

Enjoyed the sushi! Nice sized portions for reasonable prices.

Had the Age Tuna, it was the most delicious sushi I've ever had! Defiantly recommend.
Very good sushi. Very fresh. Only downside is it's on the more expensive side.
It's rare to hear Japanese in Japanese restaurants these days. Food was terrific!
One of the best sushi place in town. Make reservation though to avoid disappointment.
The best sushi in Calgary! Staff are super friendly and the fish is super fresh.
At first i thought this was a normal sushi place like kinjo and those place, But It was completely different level.10/10 Highly recommended
Great Sushi. Super fresh. Lost a star because service was really slow.
Great place and friendly staff. Really enjoyed their sushi bar.
Very high quality. Very authentic. Not your chain store sushi
One of the best authentic Japanese restaurants in Calgary, however the price also reflects the quality.
The lunch menu is affordable and as always the food and service was great
Great sushi, and close to home. Happy to support local;

Great authentic sushi. Gets really busy at lunch. Go early!
Best Japanese restaurant in the town. Not only sushi, other dishes are also very good!
Authentic and frequented by many. Reasonable and extremely tasty. Elegant displays and extremely efficient staff.
Nothing overly special, but everything ordered was very fresh, and that's crucial to great sushi.
I constantly stop getting some food in here. I liked the speedy service and well prepared food. Fantastic work.
One of the better sushi and Japanese restaurant in Calgary, I still prefer Hiro over Zipang tho.
The best sushi in town. Friendly staff and great food

This place is awesome! Reasonable pricing, large portions and the employees are always welcoming.

I love sushi from here! Never had bad experience so far!
Great food and attentive service! You can either eat here on a budget or treat yourself to something more :)

Beat sushi in town by far! Pleasant and attentive staff. Check it out!
Closest quality and taste of food I've found to eating in Japan. Price reflects that.
The sushi was so very fresh, be patent, it's worth it

Great Sushi spot, especially all the chicken parts on the sticks.
Excellent quality. Transitional sushi with contemporary rolls.
Best sushi ever!
Nice atmosphere. Fast service. Every roll was flavorful!
Best sashimi in town.
Surprisingly good sushi, very friendly staff.
You have to try their grilled fish! Tender and delicious!
Always fresh and tasty. A smaller spot so it tends to fill up fast.
