Went into the King Street location in September 2021 as off the rack just wasn't an option anymore. Kai was very attentive and helpful in choosing suits, colours and all the required measurements. He was also very patient with questions. My shirts and suits all required follow up alterations and Kai was very knowledgeable on the whole process. I bought 2 suits and 5 shirts for the first order. I've since bought an overcoat and another 2 suits, 5 shirts and bunch of ties for Black Friday only ever dealing with Kai. Highly recommend dealing with Kai, I'm a very happy customer

The staff even stayed late since my appointment was at the end of the day and I was undecided on exactly how much I needed to purchase. Not only to do I highly recommend Indochino, Zoe and the team here for any man who’s either new to custom suiting, but also those who want to get better educated on all the options out there and how Indochino fits within the landscape. At this amazing price point you can get multiple suits then what you would get at some of the other Made-to-Measure competitors in Toronto. Kudos to the Indochino team here at the King St E location, as well as the ones behind the design and layout. This was my first time in a store, and I had an excellent experience. They made me feel comfortable, and it truly flew by. I was a little nervous about being measured, unsure on what I wanted... not being much of a Suit wearer, and struggling with what I REALLY wanted. Zoe, who helped me out, was super knowledgeable, easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. I e had fittings before where sometimes it’s awkward or a little too touchy touchy. Not this one. She knew exactly what she needed, what she wanted me to do, and was super sweet too. When it came to picking out my suit fabrics and options etc. Although she went through all the standard options, I love that she always suggested some alternatives. Which for me being someone not so mainstream, was golden. If I was unsure about anything, she made me walk out super STOKED about the custom piece I just put together. Thanks for an amazing experience! I can’t wait for my suit to arrive. 😍

Bought a suit for my Fiancee and son, I was a little apprehensive with all the bad reviews on Reddit. I am pleasantly surprised when we received them. They fit perfectly! The staff that helped us were beyond amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. We will defiantly be going back and ordering online since all measurements are saved in their profiles. The only complaint I would have to say is that is it smells ..... not the nicest and comes wrinkled. But its nothing a dry clean and press cant fix.

Just measured and ordered a suit for my wedding with the help of Thomas Calle. As someone who doesn’t buy fancy clothes often, I really appreciated his advice and personal opinion on what would go together well and what would look good on my specific body type. He mentioned he’d only been working there a few months and he took the time to consult with other colleagues to help me get the best fit and sizing possible. It is an admirable quality to be able ask for help. I also appreciate that immediately upon entering I was helped but was offered the option to look around without being bothered. Despite being low energy while I visited, the experience was very pleasant and professional and I would go back to Thomas again. Thanks!

Very nice store! They have a really nice process of building a suit and a huge amount of options for you to pick from (fabrics, patterns, customization, color, cuts, fits). The suit arrived quickly at my door and it fit perfectly (I was impressed I didn’t need any alterations). I wish the employee were a bit more courteous and nice because it felt like he was doing me a favor. Overall good experience tho I wish the suits were not made in China (or at least it was disclosed)

A great made-to-measure suit buying experience. I've gotten two suits here now and I've found that the experience differs quite a bit depending which stylist helps you out. My suggestion would be to visit the showroom in person and chat with the stylist whose style resembles the look you'd go for. After getting taken care of by 3 different stylists now, the one I will always go back to is Ben. He makes great recommendations for adjustments and is very friendly. Tip: The Black Friday sale is a great time to get a suit from Indochino. They'll package the suit with a shirt for a great bundle price.

Great made to measure experience, my time with there was pretty quick and everything went pretty smooth. I left feeling confident in the measure and fit of the preview of outfit that I got. Everything was done and the service was very professional. The person that was looking after me has a very good eye for this, everything he suggested I take was exactly what I would have chosen anyway. He knew from the beginning already, what sort of suit I was looking to purchase. Hope this review helped anyone else out. There are a lot of options for customization as well.

Nice, bright showroom. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, but also relaxed. Ryan E looked after our wedding party and was great, knew his stuff and wasn't overbearing. He was able to provide insight on every measurement/alteration and what that would mean for the suit. Looking forward to see how the suit turns out, but they seem truly committed to customer satisfaction, so I'm not that worried. Intergalactic lining is a must.

I had heard good things about Indochino, and I'm pleased to say that they are all well-founded. First, their automated system for customer engagement is on-point, and their in-person interaction during my appointment was equally professional and polished. My appointment was overseen by Kai and Kevin N as the King St. location in Toronto, and they were great to work with. This was my first time getting a tailored suit, and Kai clearly explained the processes, options, and style direction for what I was looking for. Keven jumped in to explain elements of the measurement to me, which was very helpful as we worked to find a suit that would fit my shoulders while still having a fitted look (I guess I'm a bit of a strange shape). All in, I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment, I can't wait for my suit to come in, and I recommend Indochino for anyone looking to expand their wardrobe.

Mike helped me build my first suit. He helped me get sized as well as positioned some offers that helped me save money. That being said he was not pushy at all and was happy to let me leave to think about buying. That being said I ended up deciding to buy two suits with him. I had a great experience at the Indochino near Church and King! It was my first experience purchasing a suit; the staff were very knowledgeable and made the custom design process incredibly easy. I will be back to purchase another suit soon. Adrian Mejia tailored my suite and did a terrific job. The suit went through two adjustments and by the end fit perfectly. Adrian was very welcoming and informed. I felt like I really understood the importance of the process of creating a custom suit and the advantages at shopping at a store like Indochino. Overall great experience, will definitely return for more.

Bought a suit here for me and my groomsman. Great work, they fit me and helped me choose a 3pc suit, you order it and gets shipped to your house, usually fits well but it ended up being a bit loose on my shirt and coat top but they offer free tailoring once you receive your clothing just to make sure the best fit. Quality is good and price is good for a made to measure suit. Just make sure you give yourself some time for delivery and tailoring if you're getting suits here, and book online for your fittings too. Would recommend.

You get what you pay for. This is the paint by numbers version of made to measure. That's not to say they are bad - the staff are very friendly, and the fabrics nice. But don't fool yourself thinking you are getting at $1500 suit for $500. You are getting a $500 suit for $500. It will fit better than off the rack though.

Otherwise my first impressions are excellent at the King St East location in Toronto. The measurements and advice was great and the in store shopping and customizing was fun and exciting. Excellent customer service at this location. Praying this suit fits as good as I expect it to and I will definitely be back for another. Great work.

I recently went in to get a new suit since it's been able ten years since I bought one and didn't have a tailored suit. Nas was tasked to help me find something I could wear for a few weddings I have this year and he was stellar in terms of listening to the things I wanted and providing his opinion on certain aspects of fit and colours. He was attentive and I was happy to leave there knowing my measurements are done and hopefully the suit comes from China fitting well. I've recommended Indochino to a few friends after the experience.

Note: This review is for this location, not Indochino as a company :) I had a warm, welcoming experience working with the team at Indochino while I was in town on a business trip. I have purchased Indochino suits/shirts/coats in the past, but hadn't had my measurements updated in over a year, so I made an appointment for a profile update. The process to book was simple (a few clicks on their website and I had my appointment in less than a minute), the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the location is convenient to anyone in downtown Toronto. For my measurements, I worked with Ryan E. who was fantastic. He took his time with me and walked me through each measurement and what it was for. I didn't order anything while I was in store and didn't feel pressure for the staff to do so. While the company does allow you to submit self measurements online, if you're in the area or near a store, I'd definitely recommend an in person appointment to get you started with Indochino (or for an update, like me)

Ben was amazing. He offered very good advice based on his experience at al the right times. The new templates they have in store that they work off are excellent versus just measurements as they had before. After taking only basic measurements, Ben worked with different templates in order to make sure they were as close as possible, and made minor adjustments to them in order to see exactly how the end product would look like. He knows exactly what to look for in fit. This is a much better experience versus when I purchased my wedding suit from Indochino 2 years ago (when it was only based on measurements). Not to mention the value.

First experience with Indochino. Ordered online, but then booked an appointment for measurements at the local showroom in Toronto. Everything has been top notch. Ryan E. cared for my measurements and was meticulous. Very impressed. We also reviewed and modified my online order, with samples and suits on hand. I would highly recommend a proper fitting at the showroom. They can do a much more thorough job then you ever could at home. Can wait to receive my suit in a couple weeks!

Best experience I've had buying a suit. Not only are the prices great but their staff walked me through everything. You can pick every detail of the suit and take your time with it. From picking the material, sizing up the suit, and even educating you on styles they are patient and very helpful. Then when you get your suit they will have it altered for you for no charge so that it is perfect. Will definitely be going back and will recommend it to friends.

My first time doing something like this so I don't have a reference point but I would say their customer service is very professional. I will update when I get my suit in a few weeks! Just ordered my first suit online and attended the showroom to get measured. Mike was very courteous and provided professional service from beginning to end. He paid close attention to the details to get me a perfect fitting suit. Now comes the wait for the suit itself. Will update after I receive the suit. Update: I received my first suit just about a month after I placed the order. After production was completed, the order was updated online with a tracking number, and was delivered in about a week's time which was very quick considering it was shipped from China. Fit was very good right out of the box and there were no areas that I felt required "tweaking". Mike did suggest to bring the suit by for "tweaking" once it arrived, but I didn't feel the need felt since the fit was excellent already. I recommend to get a small steamer to get the wrinkles out when you unbox the suit. Additional update: I'm 5 suits deep with Indochino now! Fit is identical for every suit. I read somewhere that they use computers to map the fabric pieces to minimize waste and use laser cutter for perfect cuts! I'm starting to get fancier with the options...they're all included so why not? :)

Ordered a suit for a friend's wedding. Strangely enough, the fit of this suit didn't quite match the fit of the previous suit that I ordered from Indochino. No worries, they schedule you for a free fitting session and update it as necessary. Ryan was my "Style Consultant" and he was very nice to work with. He listened to my questions/concerned and explained how they would be resolved. A good experience.

Mike and Nas helped me out with everything. Every step from taking my measurements to picking my suits lining was seamless and easy with their guidance. Good location, courteous and efficient service but also very relaxed sartorial atmosphere. I had alterations on a suit checked with Ryan E. and I appreciated his frank nature and useful advice. Get your measurements updated regularly to make sure that the fit will be perfect. Scheduling time with them is recommended, the staff is very helpful. Definitely would recommend for a reasonable alternative to cheap off-the-rack suiting solutions, or high-end bespoke suiting that blows out your pocketbook.

Go in and ask for Ryan E. He's amazing, very courteous and helpful. The man shares his own experience with suits and takes into account what you want to do and what's in style. Went in for adjustments and again, he did a fantastic job if figuring out how to tailor the look to what's in style while keeping comfort in mind. He always checked to make sure everything fit and did not feel shrink wrap. I will certainly be coming back for more suits and shirts. Visiting the Toronto showroom is definitely a better experience than shopping on their website. I was able to see/feel the fabrics and also see all the customizations they offer. At the downtown location, Kevin N was able to help me get my groomsmen suited up. He was patient with my complex requests and did all he could to ensure the suits were properly ordered. I would recommend this process for those who are getting their suits locally to come in and have Kevin give you a hand.

As a tall and skinny individual I find it incredibly hard to get well fitting clothing off the rack. I really really like the suits and shirts from indochino, great fit great quality. I have been shopping here on and off for a little over 3 years and now own several shirts and suits I am very happy with. I have personally been working with Adrian from the King street East location and I cannot recommend him enough. Whether its alterations or the need of advice or suggestions - decent nuanced advice mind you, like what kind of colours and patterns would work with your skin tone and other insightful suggestions that currently elude me - Adrian has you covered. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Adrian and this particular location (King st East) to all my friends when they are looking for suits and or shirts.

Kevin N was fantastic at helping me pick out two fitted suits plus much more. Kevin was calm, cool and collected + knowledgable. Offering his opinions as necessary but definitely respected the wishes of the client. The showroom was fantastic. Never felt busy, always enough space, and felt treated as I should for spending some decent cash on a product.

Had a wonderful experience! Got a great quality suit (simple grey pattern, not too thick so I could wear it year round) that fits great! It's definitely a good price for a quality custom fit suit. I found the whole experience pleasant, helpful service, well-designed store and lounge, and received all my pieces in the time frame they told me. I went a total of 3 times, the first to pick a fabric and take measurements, the second for a fitting to make some adjustments, and the third to pick it up!

I am getting married, and wanted to get a nice fitted shirt and vest to go with my suit. I have had experience with Indochino when they did everything online and even then they were fantastic! I was very happy that they were able to match the colour and created a comfortable and dapper vest for my suit. I know I'm getting more than just great outfits but great customer service. The stylist that worked with me was absolutely fantastic! I wasn't in the system, so Yaïza did a full fitting. She was professional and educational. Also, I have to say that every employee in the Toronto location was so stylish and approachable. Great atmosphere and overall design of store. A+ all around.

He did all the measurements and went above and beyond by redoing measurements at my request when I had a concern. Definitely will come back in the future to see Mike again for other suits.

I had a really good experience at indochino. Before going to Indochino, I'd only ever owned and wore one suit. I'm 30. Ryan at the King Street location was really patient, answered all of my questions, and explained everything to me as he took my measurements. He was also polite but honest about his opinion on some of my questions about style (me being someone who does not know much about it). I'm confident going forward that I'm in good hands, and that I'll be thrilled with the final product.
