From the sales staff, the business office, parts and service to management, ALL aspects of this dealership deserve more than 5 stars. I have found myself in a tough spot with my vehicle a few times and the Whitby Mazda team treats me like one of their own, every single time. Well worth the visit and continued re-visits for service.

Greg ReifensteinDonny our sales person was excellent right from the phone contact with my wife to book in. We booked our appointment and arrived ahead of schedule, Donny was already prepared. He was able to accommodate my wife who was 8 months pregnant at the time. The process was not pushy, we were showed what we asked for and within an hour we have decided on a car. The small issues with the car that we noted were quickly addressed and fixed for our quick turnaround delivery the following Wednesday that we had asked for. Having personally worked in the Dealer world for over 15 years, this was an exceptional experience, we will return and Donny and Alan the General Manager will continue to succeed with this level of service.

Mike DoddsI’ve purchased 2 cars here and had a great experience both times. I also bring my Mazda here for service because it’s fast and friendly, and I don’t get overcharged. For example, this week I had a scheduled service and they did not charge me for rotating the tires as it was not needed.
Yauser rulzStrictly speaking to their service department. We have been customers since 2015, they provide great and efficient service. Really appreciate they respect your time by providing shuttle service, booking appointments (some places operate first come first served), starting jobs on time, and getting the job done as soon as possible. They are very friendly and communicate all the necessary info clearly. Cost of service could be cheaper.
