Love my 'new' 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Anthony did a great job of taking care of me especially since I required a relatively distant delivery to my home. The Jeep arrived on time, when I needed it to, and the delivery guy was friendly and it was an overall very easy pleasant experience. I would recommend Anthony and Bustards to anyone.

Anthony was great to deal with BUT I'm still waiting on the factory floor Mats they forgot to put in. Anthony said he would have the detail shop call me and it's been 1.5 months. I was also told that I had to buy a license plate bracket for 75 bucks when the car didnt have one on it. That was fixed fast after one taken from a different car on the lot. 3 stars could have been 5 if I got the floor mats.

I don’t even know where to start. Juan helped my daughter get out of a very bad contract, in to a newer car with more then less then half of the interest that she was paying before. I highly recommend him and this car dealership. They work with u and make it so easy for you. Explain everything and walk u threw the steps. Highly recommend Juan!!

My Journey was attacked by a deer and didn't fair to well, we went on to the Bustard website and saw another was coming in and called, Juan said he would call when the vehicle arrived sure enough the call came the very next day ! We went over test drove it and expressed some concerns with somethings on the exterior of the vehicle and Juan said no worries it will get fixed. I am happy to say I am the proud owner of the Black Beauty. Many thanks to Juan and the crew at Bustard for a job and deal well done! Stop in and see them!

We met up with Juan at the dealer and he went above and beyond our expectations in finding the right truck on their lot that met both our needs and wants in a truck as well as our budget for a new vehicle. I purchased my first used car from Bustard Chrysler 5 weeks ago and had an exceptional experience. I came from the Toronto area to check out this car and it was worth it! As others have mentioned Balwinder, my Sales Consultant, provided me with a zero-pressure experience (very different than some of the other dealerships I’ve been to). He took the time to understand my needs and advocated for me during the negotiations. I ended up taking 4 days to make the decision and during that time he only only texted me once (to answer some of my questions - zero pressure!). In the end Josh Bustard came out to personally thank me for my business. I received a great deal for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. One of the negotiated items was an extra set of all season tires. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the tires (not their fault) but they worked around the clock to resolve the issue within 3 days. I wanted to wait to make this review to see if they sold me a bad car but I’ve driven it over 4,000KM so far and there’s been no issues at all. Thanks Balwinder and the team at Bustard – I highly recommend these guys.

Recently purchased a new RAM 1500 from Anthony at Bustard. He was great to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I also worked with the sales manager Andrew who was also fantastic. They were both more than fair when it came to negotiations. There was a couple minor (very minor) concerns about the detail work done for delivery. Anthony was very accomodating when I mentioned them to him. Our finance manager was Roy. Also very friendly and knowledgeable! Not pushy at all when it came to add ons. Special mention to Brad for helping me out when I returned a few days later to correct a signing error. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely give them my repeat business.

Buy with your head, not your heart. I purchased a used MINI from this dealership in mid September, although I do love the car, and thats why I bought it, I paid well above what this vehicle was worth. There were some minor cosmetic issues that I did not notice until later, that I was hoping they would rectify for me. These include foggy and peeling window tint, missing key for locking wheel nuts. This is an added unforseen expense, as they will have to be cut off and replaced. Also there were some features in the listing, not present on this model..ie backup camera, Harmon Kardon stereo.. Unfortunately since I bought the vehicle, my salesman Craig, has been less than communicative with me. I drove 4 and a half hours for a car I only saw photos of. I won't be dealing with this dealership again. Again by with your brain, not your heart.
