Originally, we had a car on order at toyota for over 3 months and have had no updates from the sales rep that we were dealing with at the time. We met Adam at Big 4 and he answered every single question we had as this was our first truck purchase. We really valued his opinion regarding the truck that was in our best interest. - Keep in mind, buying a truck was not our first option for a new vehicle but we really liked the way Adam communicated with us and even came in on his day off to make sure delivery went smooth. Lilian from service was also wonderful. Both of them kept us updated every day up until delivery of our truck. Well, let me start by saying that BIG things come in small packages. Although Big 4 is a smaller dealership, these guys don't fall short on anything. From the minute you walk in the door, you can feel the difference. Top-notch, friendly, efficient, and respectful service. Big4 has always treated us great. We were in the market for a new truck and honestly were looking at a new Ford F150 which we had test drove and really liked. I had bought my Chrysler 300S from Big4 in 2012 and had a very good experience so figured why not go in to see what they had to offer that could compare with Ford. We met Adam and right from the start felt comfortable and didn't receive the hard sell that you sometimes get at dealerships. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he pointed us toward an amazing limited edition "Build To Serve" vehicle that actually hadn't even arrived onto the lot yet. We bought it sight unseen. The price was significantly better than what Ford could offer and the truck we got had just so many more built-in options that made it an easy decision. The truck is amazing and so was the buying experience at Big4.

If I could give more stars I would. I got an oil change here and a guy named Raenzel helped me out. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable! The guy knew his stuff about cars. Went to Big 4 after seeing on their website that they had a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. While arriving and going inside of the showroom I had a great experience of looking around without being bothered by numbers. Once I was ready I met Phillip. I told him about the Jeep that I was interested in and after he got the keys he brought the jeep up front for me to look around so I did not have to deal with the snow around it. After looking around we went on a friendly test drive for about 10 minutes. After the test drive I knew that I found the Jeep that I want. I told him that I need to get insurance quote before making a purchase and he was not pushy at all and allowed me to go and do what I need to do. After thinking about it I went back and told him lets proceed. He helped me out with my trade in and we had a deal. The next day my brand new Jeep was ready for pick up. After even owning the Jeep for almost a week Phillip and the dealership have been very helpful with all my questions and inquiries.

We recently purchased our “kids are gone/mid-life crisis” Dodge Challenger from Big 4 Motors. We dealt with Peter Nicastro who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Peter was honest, didn’t put any pressure on us to make a sale (neither did the finance manager) and helped out getting a few minor things done to the car prior to picking it up. The staff at Big 4 know what they are doing and really seem to have fun (the sales staff were tossing around a football when we first arrived). We had an outstanding service at Big 4 Motors. Both Steve and Rob were awesome to work with from beginning to end. After having a very awful and pushy experience with the dealership down the road at Tower Chrysler we headed here just to “check” things out! We knew exactly what we wanted and Tower was condescending in there sales tactics and would not give us straight answers after test driving a Dodge Durango. We did not want the vehicle they had because it had specs we did not need. Was told it was not possible to build it our way due to shortage. We left the place angry and annoyed so did not have great expectations when we walked in through the door of Big 4 Motors! However, as soon as we meet Rob and Steve we knew we were at the right place! Steve sat down with us to hunt down the car we wanted and since there was none available in AB was willing to hunt down whether they could build it for us with the specs we needed. He promised to call if it was possible. We got a call the next day and was told they had a vehicle in production and we had time to customize it. It would be ready in a couple of months! They were straight forward, not pushy and honest! Got our vehicle in 2 mths and love it! Rob Hansen was wonderful showing us the vehicle and even gave us a thoughtful parting gift! I would totally recommend Big 4 Motors than Tower anytime! Although dealership is smaller the customer service is above and beyond the bigger guys!

Amazing experience from inquiry to delivery! I was looking for a new truck and came across the advertisement on-line from Big 4.Upon arrival at the showroom , we were pleasantly greeted by Thor and he proceeded to help us with the truck we saw online. The truck was exactly the way it was presented online , so we decided to take it for a test drive.Upon return , we indicated to Thor that we were still looking to test drive 2 other trucks from other manufacturers and that we would get to him soon... surprisingly , very little pressure from the salesman ... Thor indicated that we should test drive the other manufacturers vehicles to compare( if that isn’t a sign of confidence in your product , then I don’t know what is ). Thor called us the next day and asked how the other test drives went and indicated that he just received a truck, which we were test driving from another manufacturer, on a trade in if we wanted to compare. Later that night I wanted to see another truck at Big 4, same model as the first , but in a different colour... this is when the great customer service and VIP treatment came through with Thor and Big 4. It had snowed heavily the night before , but for myself to get a true review of the truck , Thor actually had the truck washed for me to look at the next morning! Amazing!!! Believe one of their sayings is , “To be your Dealership For a Lifetime By Respectfully Earning Your Business.” Thanks Thor , Doreen and Big 4 for helping us with our purchase!
